All the furniture we have bought over the years from La-z-boy has been good quality and held up really well. Sales people are very friendly and helpful and the delivery service has been great!

We went in with room dimensions and our story of how our home was destroyed by a tornado last year and we're finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. I didn't know where to begin.
Richard Gordon, York PA store, helped me to not only start the process of replacing furniture, he helped me to focus and understand the options. He set us up with a designer and we went to meet with her. We built our rooms, chose fabric and ordered. They allowed us to take the fabric samples to look at them in our home.
When we both looked at fabric we thought we loved on the store, we both said "hmmm-I don't love it".
Back to the store to choose another fabric-took 3 back to the house and decided- back to the store and Richard sat with us as we double checked the room sizes and difference in fabric. Turns out we had to adjust our sectional, too.
So now it's ordered and we wait. Richard and Cara (designer out of Lancaster) were amazing. Customer Service was impeccable. Refreshing in this day and age.

Told him what we were looking for, took us right to several choices, answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable, personable, and most of all NOT pushy. My husband hates shopping for furniture. He commented when we left that he actually had a pleasant experience there. Highly recommended!!

We bought a La Z Boy sofa and recliner. The sofa will replace the La Z Boy sofa we bought 20 years ago. Moving that one to the family room, since it is still solid. Richard, and Kaylee were very helpful while we tried to decide on fabric color, and which recliner to choose.

Sales was a fine experience, but any support after and getting the chair has been hell.
We had a minor defect in the first one delivered, they delivered another chair, good but, that broke the second day we had it. Instead of replacing it we had to get repairs done which the repair man just left my house and said I can't fix it, I don't have any parts with me. Why did I schedule a window of time then? The legs won't stay up so I don't use it much.
So, I was sent two separate defective chairs and the new chair is still broken and it's been around a month just waiting.... Barry the manager didn't help either. Don't shop here. Not helpful at all.

My sales person was Jacob. I thought he did an excellent job and was especially patient. I was probably not at my best because I was replacing furniture that was smoke damaged on my 83rd birthday.
