Always have good customer service and friendly associates. Only fault that I can ever find is sometimes a long time in line for check out This often happens when a special sale is happening or perhaps a last day for using rewards.

Ana, the associate at Sephora, Kohl's East near Galleria Mall, was phenomenal. She asked if I was finding everything and immediately offered assistance when I told her no. She had detailed knowledge of various products and demonstrated the testers on her skin (similar) to mine. She also let me know they have a "liberal" return policy if the item does not work for me.

The store is clean. Employees are helpful and kind. The downside is you really have to watch on sale items. If you have a coupon, make sure you read that little screen above the item. It seems most of the time, at the bottom of the screen, small print, it will say inellegable for coupon.
So, why do they give you coupons?

Only 3 registers open, a line of at least 20 customers. I put my merchandise back and left. I saw employees elsewhere in the store.
