Never had issues with this store up until yesterday evening. A customer who spoke a different language was asking the staff a question in English. The staff raised their voice in return at the customer basically yelling at this man. After he walks away, the staff start laughing and cracking jokes about the language barrier. It was extremely tasteless. Moving on… then the older lady cashier with grey hair at register 6 had an AWFUL attitude and acted like my questions regarding an exchange were unnecessary even though I was clarifying what the lady next to her told me ten minutes prior. Also, she was wrong in what she was even telling me…She was absolutely miserable and I can’t believe she’s in a customer facing position.

One of my favorite places to shop. The entire store is filled with sales so please do yourself a favor and look around the entire store and look for all the signs not tell you up to 80%.

I always have a pleasant experience shopping at Kohl's!! I shop there quite often and know many of the sales associates by name. They are all extremely helpful and courteous!! Always helpful with my mobile app for finding the coupons!
