I have been visiting Kohl's since 2013, they always have good prices on everything, their cashiers and customer service people have always been very friendly at all times, although they should have more staff at the checkout to pay, since the lines are sometimes long to wait, but everything else was very good, I recommend Kohl's stores.

I'd like to share my wonderful experience at the West York Kohl's today with an associate named Joyce. She was welcoming and friendly, and she was just as happy as I was that I found the shirt I was looking for! It was a great shopping trip, and I wanted to mention how much I appreciated Joyce's help.

I absolutely remembered why I prefer online shopping today...the customer service at this store has really gone downhill. People at the customer service desk were too busy unpacking boxes to assist a customer waiting in line. I had to say something when it was obvious I was waiting at the desk. And no apology or anything...just noises of disgust. Times have truly changed,at least anyway. Boscovs will continue to get my business due to their outstanding customer service. Bye Kohl's!

The cashier was either not very knowledgeable about the 40% coupon on Saturday May11th(1day sale) or she just did not want to help me. She said to me,not every one will get a coupon! I disgreed and when I got hime later I found one but it was too late for me to cone back and use it.

Clothing is not the same as it used to be. They are promoting big names for clothes, their petite sections is very small and most of the times their clothes don't was well and shrink. I used to love shopping at Kohls before they brought in all the big brand names at high prices

On 4-10-2024 myself and Mom headed into Kohls (York West). I was going to pick up my jean shorts that were shipped to the store and Mom was going to look around. Before we got there I had cut my pinky finger and needed a tissue or bandaid, I stopped by the customer service desk and asked if they had either one. I was given a tissue and an EXTREMELY friendly young women said she could get me a bandaid and that they had anything else I needed. I was so relieved and appreciative of her kindness. After Mom tried on some tops and was sitting on a bench outside of the dressing room, I had walked in another direction to check out a Tshirt. The same young lady that helped me out, was chatting up Mom and ensuring that Mom found everything she needed. She was SO kind and sweet. I really appreciated her concern for my Mom. Sadly, we never got her name, I truly hope this message finds her. She should know that she made a huge, positive impression on myself and Mom!

Store is clean and there's plenty of apparel options and home goods for you to purchase. Staff will greet you when you walk in if they aren't busy at the registers, but don't expect anyone else to say hi to you or ask if you need help with anything. The registers are almost always busy and the lines move slowly.
