36 minutes on hold after I wouldn't buy the $270 diff that the lady on the phone offered. I knew they had a diff for $94 dollars and they intentionally tried to rip me off for another $170. So after taking 3 days to send me the proper info I go to pick up the diff and get the run around again. "what was your name?" what was your order number?" If you're going to sell on ebay at least have some level of coordination between the warehouse and the ebay account. So the real kicke

Keystone always has the parts I need and if they don't have the part then they can get the part to me within 2 days through their internal shipping. The parts are not OEM but they do have licenses with manufacturers to make sure you get the emblems you're supposed to have. Any issues with the parts they are always quick to make it right for the customer.

I ordered a Rear Differential and before I ran there I called to confirm it was in. Spoke with Junior and he confirmed it has arrived and was available for pickup. Well it easy to figure out where this story is going. They shipped in a Power Steering Pump and not a Rear Differential. How that error happened is beyond me. The other issue is the service. It was 15 min before anyone acknowledged I was there and once the issue with my order was discovered it was like they didn't care. Maybe because this is a frequent occurance.
