Steve is really awesome. We had taken my wife’s car to 2 other places due to some issues with the car not running correctly- no one could figure it out until Steve looked at it. He is timely and thorough. Highly recommend

36 minutes on hold after I wouldn't buy the $270 diff that the lady on the phone offered. I knew they had a diff for $94 dollars and they intentionally tried to rip me off for another $170. So after taking 3 days to send me the proper info I go to pick up the diff and get the run around again. "what was your name?" what was your order number?" If you're going to sell on ebay at least have some level of coordination between the warehouse and the ebay account. So the real kicker, after losing 4 days trying to source a part, getting the run around constantly, attempted rip offs, I get the diff and it's missing the cup to bolt the axle to. I'm sorry I can not give this company anymore of my money, pick your part, keystone, ebay sales, none of it. Your company has proved to be so useless that it generally cost me more to deal with you then to just go to the dealer and pay full price.
