Ryan Engel the finance and insurance manager was awesome to deal with. My salesmen Brian Dolan was also great, and they were able to work me a good deal for my vehicle, and made it fit my needs. They both made me feel comfortable in the buying process and I’d suggest to anyone to come here to buy a vehicle.

They installed a couple of bolts left out from a collision repair at another body shop. Didn’t charge me for the parts or the labor. Great group.

I don't know what to say about Jack Giambalvo Mazda except they are the best. My wife bought a car from jack Giambalvo Mazda/Hyundai before they split the dealership. We had Robb Dorf as our salesman and he was the best ever. he actually stayed on a Friday night with us to help us move everything from our old car to the new car. His service was awesome and he gave us a great deal. Then a few years later I needed a car and I had decided that I was coming to Jack Giambalvo Mazda as Robb was working there. He had surgery on his foot and he still followed me over to the Hyundai dealership to look at a used car. I also test drove a Mazda CX-30 and loved it, but with what they were giving me for my trade-in was not enough for me to swing the payments. I was going over to the Hyundai dealership to look at a Kona. I get a call from Robb that there are going to give me more for my trade-in and I was able to get the CX-30. This was not long after Covid so they did not have a huge selection of new cars, but Robb was bale to help me get something that worked for me. He is the best salesman. Not pushy at all and really cares about his customers to the point where we have become friends. Thank you Robb and Jack Giamblavo Mazda for all of your help.

Robb and the staff at Jack Giambalvo Mazda made the purchasing process simple and efficient for me since i was located out of state. I managed to find the vehicle I was looking for that was traded in days earlier, and Robb went above and beyond, responding to any request or question I had. They streamlined the paperwork process and I was at the dealership for only over an hour total! I had one minor hiccup after the purchase and Robb was able to take care of it. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again from this dealership.

Had a great experience buying a car at this dealership and found they went above and beyond to get us in our new vehicle under difficult schedule and time restraints. Love my new car, and appreciate the honest and straightforward approach to doing business. Picked up my new Cx5 on wednesday. Honestly this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. William was super knowledgable, friendly, accomodating and a pleasure to work with. He got me the exact car I wanted and the closing process was quick and painless. My daughter is already planning a future mazda purchase from William and Giambolvo mazda. Thank you all for doing things right!

Great customer service. McKenzie Myers is very welcoming, patient above all very knowledgeable and helpful. She is such an awesome spirit. I recommend her. For those that may be judgmental about ladies sales person- Yes she is a female sales person however she delivers an over the top experience. My family and I was very pleased to have her take care of our sale and we left very happy.

Great experience. They had the car I requested, the salesperon (Mackenzie) was great, the price was what they quoted us, and the purchasing was about as quick and painless as one could hope for a purchase like a car. No annoying upselling, hidden terms, etc. 5-stars / great job / recommend!
