Took a week longer than originally estimated. Had to take it back due to moisture in the lense. Great job on repairing and making my car look new again.

The worst journey in my life ever, last year I had to bring my vehicle as State Farm sent me there. After waiting for a very long period that was pleinty of headache due to a part shortages, I thought my car would be fine but after one year I discoveted that the Door Lower Moulding part was reputed back using a tape!!!!!, while it's should be a one-time part, now the part is falling away and it is catching rain water.I'm going now thru the same headache and crossing my finnger ?to have a supplement approved.

My experience was horrible. I’m still tryna get my car back to the way it was before it was turned over to these people. They stole good parts of my car and touch things that had nothing to do with the accident. My ac doesn’t work anymore after their so called “condenser” replacement. It now feels like something is bent on my driver side wheel and like something is dragging under my car. Didn’t do any of this before I took my car to these people. You sure did charge the hell out of my insurance and took my out of pocket money and gave me something I didn’t agree to pay for. My car will never be the same neither will my premium or my life. Worst mistake ever.

Another driver backed into my car just after memorial day. I opened a claim with my insurance the same day, and they referred me to this Jack Giambalvo collision center. Jack Giambalvo fit me in right away for a damage estimate, within 1-3 days.By May 31, the estimate was completed and my insurance paid Jack Giambalvo. Unfortunately, by the end of July, I had called 4+ times leaving voicemails for my estimator asking about the status of the parts coming in to schedule an appointment for repairs.July 21st, Jack Giambalvo finally scheduled an appointment for the end of August for my vehicle repairs.Repairs were scheduled to start Tuesday, August 22nd. It was more convenient for me to drop my car off the night prior, so I called and checked with the receptionist who said whatever is most convenient for me and that is no problem. I had a rental car, but hardly needed it as repairs were completed by Friday, August 25th! (Just 4 days in the shop)I received a text message when repairs were completed, but hadn't received a phone call yet. My rental is due back the same day that repairs are complete, so I dropped off my rental and arrived at J.G. around 4:45pm (a few hours after the text, but before they close at 6pm). The receptionist mentioned that I hadn't received my phone call yet because they were still scanning the car. I decided to go ahead and pay my deductible, and I'm right after the employee walked in with my key fob (great timing!).The repairs look great! But, it is funny because I have scratches all over my car (the car is older and has lots of off-road/woods experience), except for my new rear bumper. They successfully replaced my bumper, tail light, and made sure I received a new bumper guard. I haven't noticed any cosmetic issues with the repairs.If I find any problems, I'll write them here, but if you're reading this, I haven't found any yet.

Steve and everyone at the office made my first collision experience way less stressful. Paperwork was readily available and in order on my arrival and at pick up. Coordination with the renal company was helpful. The communication was great and my car looks beautiful.Service: Body & Trim

In haste I previously posted a review that is not correct. The body shop was great and everyone is very helpful. Bill the adjuster made sure my car was done as fast as possible and they even cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Everyone is very polite and I’m very happy with the outcome. East Side - York. Bad Management, No Communication, Cost Overrun, & Unhappy Employees.Estimate was for $2800 & 7 days to replace front bumper, repair of passenger fender & door . Scheduled repair for 3 weeks later, bought car into shop for repair. No call after 7 days, called about my car. I was told it will take another 5 days and some cars have been there for 30 days. Had to call insurance & rental company myself to let them know car would take longer. No call, went to pick up my car after 5 days told it would be another day for washing/cleaning. Next day went back cost now $4000, new front bumper wasn't installed and DAMAGE was done to back bumper & rear passenger side !! Told bumper would be installed while I wait or given their loaner car till bumper was installed and damage caused at shop repaired. Rental car company needed rental back - short on cars. I took the loaner then finally got my car. They buffed/sprayed out damage to rear. Sad...had work done in past was always updated on progress, work completed on time & professional results.
