6/13/2016, I purchased my 2014 Buick LaCrosse from Mr. Lance Sease. In all of my years purchasing vehicles I have NEVER had such an enjoyable experience. Mr. Lance was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, he got me into the perfect car and BELOW the monthly payment I was willing to pay.
I went online on a Saturday afternoon looking at one specific Lacrosse, spoke to Mr. Lance and Monday afternoon I was driving off the lot like this. ?
I will DEFINITELY be a return customer.
P.S. Mr. Lance I am going to need you to start looking for a white diamond colored Enclave so that I can have a matching set.?...I'm serious though.☺
Fast forward to 6/2024.
I have purchased 2 more vehicles from Mr. Lance, a Chevy Cruze, and a GMC Acadia Denali.
Mr. Lance and Mr. Ben (another awesome salesman/person?)worked as a team to get my mother the perfect SUV for her, a 2021 Buick Envision ST.
We could not be happier. When I say this is my go to man for vehicles I am soooo serious. He ALWAYS delivers and the process is ALWAYS hassle free.

I just purchased a car from Jack Giambalvo Mazda and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am located in Northern VA and all transactions were done via email or phone and it couldn’t have been a smoother process. Steve and Ryan were incredible. Steve helped me with getting the car delivered, which was super helpful. Ryan made me a video of the car so I could get a better view of it, then he helped really wow me with a great loan and warranty. They were all exceptional. Thank you so much for making an experience I expected to be troublesome, into one that made me feel so well taken care of. I’ll be coming back!

Terrible service!! I’ve had my brand new 2023 Denali in there 5 times because the radio keeps cutting in and out like clock work every 10-15 minutes. Sometimes more. They have yet to figure out how to fix it. They finally told me after months that they had an update that would fix the problem. My wife didn’t even get home before the problem happened again. They charge you $90-100,000K for a vehicle and can’t fix the radio. We’ve asked to speak to the service manger over a month ago and still have not received a call back. They decided to keep my truck to try to diagnose the issue and give me a loaner. That radio was even worse. I couldn’t get any station to work the weekI had it. Not to mention, when I did pick it up they didn’t put anything back together in the very back of my truck. The carpet wasn’t put back, wires were exposed and stuff was laying everywhere. I actually thought I got into the wrong truck at first. GMC has a major issue with radios in newer trucks and cars and yet they don’t forewarn the customer. Instead they charge them an outrageous amount for vehicles and expect payment but can’t fix anything. Not to mention the rear is slipping. I’ve had it in there a few times for that issue. They said they would finally replace it after I had to physically show them what was going on. That was over 3-4 months ago and they still haven’t gotten the part in. So they say. I’m not sure the requirements to be an engineer at GMC but I definitely want that job. All you need to do is not know how to fix anything and they’ll pay you a ton, while expecting the customer to pay for a truck that doesn’t even work right. I’m strongly considering trading it in and making it someone else’s problem. I shouldn’t have a new SUV in there that many times. The only time I should’ve had it in for service is basic oil change and tires rotated. Maybe a recall but not for a freaking radio and rear slippage already. I don’t even have 25,000 miles on it. If these are this issues it’s having now and they don’t know how to fix it, I can’t imagine all the other things that will potentially go wrong with it later on that they can’t fix that I’ll be financially responsible for. I love my truck but it’s not worth the headache anymore. I wouldn’t buy a car or truck or take my vehicle in there for service if it were the last dealership in PA.

It was 5 stars after my last two visits I will seriously reconsider where I take my vehicle for service or purchase of new a vehicle.
Update: Never coming back they don’t take your safety seriously. Serious issues aren’t address or repaired in a timely matter if there addressed at all.
Update: Gave this place another chance back in April worst decision ever. Paid for oil change and alignment and ask them to check breaks because of shaking and noise when breaking. Afterwards I noticed my oil life meter wasn’t reset ok maybe a honest mistake the following week I take my car back to get emission and safety inspection. I noticed my suv was like struggling to accelerate car was loud in cabin and has a vibration exhaust started smelling like rotten eggs. We started to investigate come to find out they didn’t do any oil change and left my engine air filter compartment open why? It looks like somebody scoped up fresh grass and wood chips and dirt and place it in the engine air filter compartment . They could have destroyed my engine. We take the car to a trusted mechanic who verifies that they never did an oil change plus more issues. I call in to speak with service manger Dan who tells me it’s probably burning oil and everything looks good on paper. Excuse me sir you guys almost destroyed my engine that’s not just some small mistake. He didn’t even try to offer my money back just that they will do it for free next time I come back in lol next time you think I would really come back lol.
Response to the reply: Dear sir or madam I have already reached out to your service manager Dan who gave me no real resolution. It’s a shame you have such poor customer service leaders. Your mechanic's have neglected to do their job and cost me great time and money. I will not reach out a second time I will be filing a complaint with GM corporate.
