I could never get an itemized account of my total bill for preparation of 2020 returns.Also, related to a move during 2020, I received a notice that my Lancaster taxes were never submitted. Looking back, they never prepared Lancaster only York in Adams County. While preparing my Lancaster county taxes, I discovered that my York and Adams County return was totally in accurate.
