Hive artspace in York is an absolute gem that created a great atmosphere for everyone. The gallery and studio sell local art in many different genres, so there is something for everyone. Nice, friendly and welcoming people are always there, and the ladies that run it talked to people. Exhibits change monthly‑ish and tons of interesting art come through at good prices. People able shop, find a beautiful creation for their home collection, and definitely will visit again.
I don't claim to know anything about art, but my sister introduced me to Hive artspace and my kids and I always find something we love when we go and end up adding another beautiful creation to our home art collection. Everyone is always so nice, friendly and welcoming.

Checked them out on a York 1st Friday. Had a nice visit, bought some stuff, talked to some people, very nice. Will definitely visit again.
