H&L Studio (Hector and Lester's) was recommended to me by a lamp repair person who said theirs is the only shop to tackle the restoration portion of my late mother's circa 1910 slag glass lamp shade. Certain things need to be handled with especially deft hands and keen eyes. Such a master of the craft is Hector, who was able to finesse the straightening and repair of the lamp shade; he strengthened, aligned and anchored the six glass panels expertly, and I cannot fully express how happy I am with the result. H&L studio is a boutique of sorts; I believe they hold classes and sell pieces in their front retail area ... and Hector and Lester's true stewardship especially shines through on intricate high-level commissions and restorations. They can do it all, it seems, when it comes to the broad medium of decorative and stained glass. Highly recommended.
