Beware of going to the Gray Apple Market Festival. It looks super cute but they do not know how to run an event to save their lives. Every year the parking is a mess. They even switched to a bigger venue and the parking is still horrible. Don't bother complaining or anything, they will ignore you and act like the Festival was wonderful. If you want to go to the shop they have, be prepared to spend tons of money on mediocre items and be treated poorly by the snobby workers. I've been here multiple times since they opened and started doing the festivals and it's always the same poor experience.

Waited over an hour and 30 mins trying to get out of the main parking at the gray apple fall flea. Plus the time it took to go find someone that spoke English so that someone could help me jump my car because it died while waiting an hour and 30 mins in the scorching heat to get out of there. As I was waiting with my car dead I overheard each and every car complaining about sitting there for 1-2 hours, some had babies in the car with no milk and had no way out. There is no way to get help if you have a car problem. I can’t even imagine if someone had a medical emergency it would be a disaster!!!! Does not make me want to come back ever again. So many people were sitting waiting to get out!! Never had this issue at the other location

This was my first time stopping by for a cup of coffee after the coffee shop was added on. The atmosphere is very warming. The girl working there was very nice. I will come back again to sit outside and to purchase something in the store.

I so enjoyed my iced caramel macchiato from Gray Apple Cafe. The atmosphere was delightful and it was just what my busy heart needed.
The employee was lovely and willing to help me out.
I recommend this spot for some cute decor and yummy treats.

So I don’t leave bad reviews often. I like to give people chances because I know everyone can have a bad day. For that reason I have gone here at least 5 times on different occasions, and I have purchased things from here. Frankly I feel like I have to leave a review though I don’t believe it will make a difference because it seems that customer service is not the focus here.
So what are the good things here? Beautiful store!! Love how she decorates and really is talented in that area. The first time I walked into the place I was so excited and loved the feel of being in the space. Prices are ok, not great but also not super pricey for somethings . The food and coffee has always been very delicious and tasty.
Now what are the down sides? The customer service is horrible. Everytime I have gone in there I feel like they are doing me a favor and even act bothered to have to help me. I’m treated like I’m in a different class far beneath them. I have never experienced such snobby behavior as in this store. I’m truly disappointed because I love the products, and the feel of the store but frankly the nastiness makes the store completely unappealing.

Cutest place ever!! Really great products that are unique and reasonably priced. The cafe was super cute and all the drinks we got were delicious. They don’t have lunch options, just pastries, all delicious as well. Highly recommend!

My fiancee and I had friends and family together to celebrate our engagement at the Gray Apple Garden shed. This event space was lovely and has just the quaint aesthetic i had in mind. I was able to look up ideas and decorate the space to make it perfect for the occasion! I would love to rent this space again in the future.

Passing by, I decided to stop for a latte. It was delicious and I purchased some candy necklaces for my girls. The atmosphere and decor were great, and the service was excellent. We'll be back soon for ice cream and other refreshments.
Parking: Plenty of parking!

DO NOT host a private event at Gray Apple Market's Garden Shed. The owners are completely dishonest, and the facility is in shambles. I was told the rental had a bathroom and was climate controlled. My $275 cash fee translated to a cold shed with a leaking roof and no actual bathroom. Instead, the owner chuckled as we entered on the day of the party and said "the bathroom is so cute, it's a COMPOSTING TOILET. Which indeed it wasn't, but a camper potty over a trash bag. In addition, the rental facility was filthy. The owner is yet to return my messages.
