Reduce the prices and give the workers a chair to rest. I use to buy so much here, now I stopped. Workers are sweet here though.

I was in recently and the shelves were pretty bare and employees were removing items and throwing them in a large cart. They were removingItems that had a specific color tag including nice items for Christmas. I will never donate items that are kept for a short time and then thrown out when it could be sold. There is something wrong with their thinking, plus their prices are just ridiculously high.

Workers had ALL fitting rooms closed 25 minutes before closing time. Would not open one up. I came because I am in great need clothing. Left with nothing.

I stopped by this store and all I saw was junk it makes me wonder what happened to all the nice things that you can find in this store.

My wife stopped in today to drop 15 bags of clothes off. Rang bell 3 times until some ignorant ungrateful male employee opened door and shoved cart out to her and told her to load it. Then she asked for receipt and entitled scumbag threw a fit because he had to take another 30 seconds of his precious time and do the job he is paid to do. We are faithful donators and donate 1000s of dollars in name brand clothing every year. Goodwill you should be embarrassed and ashamed to have such a lazy ignorant ungrateful entitled employee as the image of your company. Same in you!!! We will never donate to goodwill again. This employee needs retrained and or let go!!

A store that resales donated products designed to help the needy or poor. It does NONE of that due to the high prices. You’re better off going elsewhere or trying yard sales with these prices.

The donation area is not managed well. It's not unusual that I donate items and as soon as I get in my car people come out from hiding around the building or behind the bins and start pulling items out and taking them without Goodwill getting a penny. It makes me uncomfortable that they might get more bold and jump donors.

Only has 1 register open but multiple workers inside. Multiple people got out of line because of how long it was and the wait was over 10 minutes.
