Avoid this place at all costs. I am also one of the unfortunate people who have been scammed by Golden Woods Furniture. I ordered a bedroom set almost a year ago. I received everything but the bed when it finally did arrive. I communicated with a gentleman by the name of Tyrone initially who assured me he would make everything right which he has not. It wasn't till I posted a negative review on Google that someone finally contacted me about the experience. I was told they would ship out the bed for over two months but it never came. Most recently as you can see from the images attached I had been communicating with a Lee whom I worked out a payment schedule for the missing bed which has not been followed through. At this time I am taking legal action against them in small claims and consulting with the BBB for fraud.

As a woman who likes to switch up her interior frequently I can always count on Golden Woods furniture to have EXACTLY what I need. I love that they are a small owned business so I see the same faces each time I purchase! They have helped me even remove old furniture to move In the new ! I would give them 10 stars if I could !

I needed a couch and searched for over 3 months and either had to wait 14 weeks or pay outrageous prices! I called Ty from Golden Woods Furniture and he found me an amazing couch at an amazing price! And delivered it to my home! He handled everything with such care! I don't need to go to any other furniture store! Thank you Golden Woods for everything!!!!

Purchased a bedroom set online on 27Nov21. Received e-mail confirmation that it was shipped the next day. One month later I reach out to the company to get a status, and find out the bedroom set is still sitting in their warehouse and they forgot to ship it. But it’s funny, they didn’t forget to charge the $1600 to my card. This place is pathetic and needs to be shut down immediately!

This place is a SCAM. They steal your money and don't deliver your purchased items. Do not order anything online from Golden Woods Furniture in York, PA. You will never receive your furniture, but they will charge your card and take your money. Go and look at their Google reviews and see how many other people they have scammed out of their money.

If you are looking for a place to buy furniture this is not the place to buy it and stay FAR AWAY!! We ordered a bed frame from them and the box came all destroyed and it was the wrong color it was missing a gem and had a small tear in the fabric and it also was missing the wood slats and the instructions to put the bed together. They called us the day the bed frame was to be delivered to tell us that it wasn't going to be coming and they are very hard to get in touch with we reached out several times and couldn't get in contact with them at all and then when we did they said that they were having phone issues. THIS was the worst experience and I will never EVER shop with them again nor recommend them to anyone.

Bought furniture in Dec of 2019, I still don't have that furniture and the company stopped responding. It's been two years and they won't refund my money either, even after agreeing to do so. They instead sent me "substitute" furniture, which is no where near the quality of what I actually purchased.

I just purchased a beautiful bedroom set from Golden Woods Furniture. Tianna and Tyrone were awesome from start to finish. They delivered and assembled all 5 pieces, and even called to check on me to make sure everything was working out fine.

I was browsing for a particular loveseat, came across Golden Wood's Furniture and I am so glad I did. Not only was the sofa loveseat a very affordable price , the customer service was on point and professional. Ty delivered my sofa same day as purchase and handled my furniture with care and experience as if it were his own and was very professional. I will be recommending their business and keep them in mind when shopping for future purchases.... awesome job thanks again everyone!

I wanted to come back and do an updated review. Although things started off rough, I must say Ty is a man of his word. When he said "you are a valued customer" he meant it. And he made me believe it. He truly went above and beyond exemplary customer service to ensure I was a happy and satisfied customer. I won't mention how because I don't want everyone thinking they'll receive the same services but he definitely made my issue his issue and handled it with the utmost priority and care. I am so grateful. I've never had a business go as far as Goldenwoods Furniture did to make this experience as pleasant as they could for me and I am so grateful. Thank you guys for everything!

I've been waiting for furniture I ordered 6 weeks ago. All they've been doing is giving me the runaround. Initially I was told it would take up to 3wks which I had no issue with. Now They've given me around 4 different delivery dates and each one comes and still my furniture is nowhere to be found. The finance company had to stop my payments because I was paying for furniture I still haven't even seen. Customer service is a joke! I literally am wondering have I just been scammed. I'd never recommend this place. This is literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had

I was looking through Facebook market and came across the best deal and the greatest thing is the wonderful lady offered to deliver to me and got my furniture that day.. I highly recommend if you want great quality furniture and great customer service this is our store
