The worse!! Ordered 150 pieces of chicken, came boxed 50 per box, an entire box of chicken was burnt!!! The other box was hard dried out chicken!! Called manager & said she spoke with the person who made & boxed up the order that it wasn’t burnt!!! Okay, what employee is going to admit they gave me 150 pieces of bad chicken???!!! Don’t do it!! Go to Kelly’s Inn, may cost a few dollars more but well worth it!! Won’t get burnt, dried out chicken!!

People are friendly. I just wish that the self checkout lane would allow room for the customer to use their own bags, you guys would not have to waste so much plastic.

This Giant is a very nice store. Well stocked and super friendly staff. Bree and Jayleen are excellent managers and they helped me with an item that was out of stock. Its really nice when managers to go out of their way and spend time making sure you get helped. First they helped me over the phone, since it was a 30 minute drive to the store for me. Then at the store they helped me substitute an alternative product for an out of stock item. They were very courteous, professional and helpful.

The young girl at the deli seemed quite put out that i wanted some deli meat. Really could use a lesson in customer service. I moved to the east end but i think ill go to Red Lion Giant....

Accidentally left items behind and I called immediately when I realized when I got home I was told to come back and bring them up to the service desk. "ZAY" at customer service called me a pathetic liar and walked away with a coworker laughing I don't understand how they can treat customers so poorly and no intentions to help when mistakes are made

The deals were few this past week. We were still able to buy everything that we needed. The prices for some item are slightly lower than another store. Shelves were stocked, the produce could of been fresher.
