Services like curbside pickup are considered the best, with orders always correct and delivered quickly to the car, which is really helpful for shoppers with kids. However, there are some complaints. A robot in the store has caused significant anxiety for some children, interfering with normal social interactions and changing the shopping experience. Additionally, everything is described as just so expensive. While the deli hours are listed, a mistake with a grabbed item instead of Swiss cheese was noted. Overall, GIANT provides reliable service and quality products despite these concerns.
