I have been using this pharmacy for years. But Kristen makes it very hard to continue. She is so rude. I keep threatening to leave and then change my mind because I absolutely love everyone else. I wish someone could teach her how to treat people (especially ederly).

Andy is an excellent pharmacist, he nice, polite and always helpful. Good luck if Chris is your pharmacist! He does the bare minimum, avoids even speaking to you unless you call him and has an excuse for everything! Pitiful pharmacist if you ask me.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 5 years. Yesterday was my last time. Through the years the old nasty cashier lady gave me so many reasons to end the relationship, but it was convenient. Two nights ago I phoned in an order to Chris. He hung up on me. I called back thinking we were disconnected. No. No goodbye. Nothing. He was finished and hung up. I set up an account at Minnich's Pharmacy, near York Hospital. Super nice. Super sweet. Thank you Demaris! She completely understands that being nice and pleasant takes very little effort. WV

I have been going to giant pharmacy for years now, everyone has always treated me good, last week I was disrespected by a young red head sorry don't know her name, she is fairly new, and tonight I had a horrible experience with her for the second time, she almost had me in tears and remarked about my medication, she does not know medical history and I did not appreciate her comments, if I have to deal with this again I will be finding a new pharmacy

Not my first bad review of the Dover store. Tonight, tried to buy a 12 pack of beer. Last week, I discovered my license was expired. So, went to the local license processing place and they gave me a temporary license until my photo card came so I could process that. Did this when trying to transfer a fire arm. So... when trying to buy beer tonight, the annoying cashier at the beer garden said he couldn't sell it to me because my photo ID was expired. Gave him my temp license. He called GM Jody. Nope, can't do it. So, I can buy a fire arm with a temp drivers license but not beer? Pickers for call in orders nearly run you over while picking their orders, stock depleted, meats and produce rot days after bringing it home, self check out always tags items calling for customer service, women behind customer service are rude....just a horribly run, joke of a store. Tip. For meats go to Wags meat market, for everything else, the money spent in gas will be offset to cost of groceries if you run to Wegmans. The best things about this store are the nice cart runners and self serve instant lottery ticket machine

This is the 2nd time I purchased food from Giant and the food was bad. Idk WHAT this green infected looking stuff is in my chicken gizzards/hearts but I was cooking jt for my dogs just now and noticed it. It's very disturbing because I almost fed this to my dogs. I'll try to post pics if this review allows me. But again I am very disappointed in this meat.

When calling the number listed it gives you the Pharmacy and no option to speak to someone in the store/customer service.

I love this store first and foremost. I live down the street a d am always coming here for last minute items from the wife. They keep a clean store and it's a pretty fast checkout. I have a 2.5yr old and he loves roaming the isles with me and that gives him plenty of exercise. I appreciate y'all. Cheers

I have found the staff to be extremely helpful, particularly when transferring prescriptions from elsewhere.
