Love the people who work here and have not had much of an issue with receiving my medication until today. I called to see if my medication was ready to be picked up around 11 today because that is the day it is supposed to be filled and although they had it, they needed time to fill it, which was fine…but by the time I got home from the wedding I attended - they were closed. Why in the world would a pharmacy like Giant’s, close at 5 on a Saturday??? I work long hours during the week and usually work partial days Saturday so this is extremely frustrating. This might be the only pharmacy in the area that closes at 5 on a Saturday. Saturday is when most people get the things they need to get done for the week. Such a disappointment and will cause me issues with my health.

I called for the pneumonia 20 vaccine and was able to schedule the next morning. Appt went smoothly and staff very friendly and efficient. Thank you.Karen

I've been going to this Giant pharmacy for a few years now and they are by far the best pharmacy I've ever used. The pharmacist and technicians have always been helpful and pleasant, my prescriptions are filled very quickly, and if there's ever an issue with an out-of-stock medication, they order it immediately and it's usually available in just a day or two. I can call with questions and they are always kind, never acting as though they're too busy to help. I find they go above and beyond to provide great customer service and are running an efficient, well organized operation. If you've been taking prescriptions for a while, as I have, you'll know finding a good, consistent pharmacy is much harder than it seems. When you're dealing with chronic medical issues, having a reliable source for your medication is essential. I'm grateful for the hard working staff there and hope they continue to run the pharmacy for many years to come.

Great experiences. The staff has kept me well informed when a prescription is on order and when it will be ready. Pharmacist has been wonderful with assisting OTC meds for things like poison ivy. Insurance hassles are non-existent as the staff handles all of that.

All the signs say "no appointment necessary" for vaccines, but the lady at the counter said I needed an appointment. She didn't offer any explanation, like they were just too busy, just that they don't do walk ins.

Look at my cake!!!!!!!!! It's exactly what I asked for!!!! I'm in love!!! It made me so unbelievably happy, and it was absolutely delicious! And what an extra surprise to have my butterfly rings!!

I use to shop at this location on Pauline drive alot more, but now that you are hassled for not wearing a mask, I shop alot more at Weis, where I can take my time shopping and not have to wear a mask. Since Giant no longer carries pure leaf unsweetened green tea, I have no reason to shop there anymore.

The bakery totally made my daughter’s birthday everything she wanted. The staff is friendly and helpful, and so easy to work with. Thank you SO MUCH for making exactly the cake she wanted!

Best GIANT I have ever been to! Super friendly staff and super organized! Everyone is wearing masks and I feel very safe shopping in this establishment. Absolutely love the pharmacy staff and Starbucks staff!

went here with my grandmother this afternoon. they wouldn't let us out of the door our car was at. 77 years old and handicapped. George, manager or someone higher up, was a complete dick about it. told us "oh well you have to use the other door" a 77 YEAR OLD HANDICAPPED WOMAN. you're suppose to allow access to all handicapped parking from both doors BY LAW!!! everyone is wearing masks, employees gathered by door were NOT 6 feet apart. didn't care about a handicapped woman at all. ridiculous
