I went in to this establishment GameStop to day. A young man by the name of Jalen, was misleading in his information that he gave me. Nonchalantly, the man told me to sign on the pad. When I signed on the pad at the register. He essentially finalized a transaction with me misleading me that I would be paid cash, instead he gave me a gift card!When I asked him for the cash that I was waiting to redeem. He giggled at me and proceeded to tell me that I should’ve read the contract? Which there was no contract, I was in disbelief! I asked to speak to a store manager and he proceeded to giggle, and tell me that he was the store manager. I was appalled at his Behavior and he should be ashamed of himself representing GameStop. There were people in the Store and as a man with class, and integrity I just left the store.I am not a confrontational person, what Jalen did was distasteful. I resent doing business with this store and how I was treated! I will be contacting (HR) human resources.

Jalen today was amazing dealing with an unhappy customer keeping his cool during the whole procedure while he had the cops called on him. Jalen was amazing and at no point deserved the way he was treated, while this man acted like a child. 6/5 amazing customer service.

If I could give -0 stars I would! This place has called me twice claiming we could “pick our stuff up” and both time we were unable to get our stuff. The first time was the Harry Potter game and we were told by Zack on a voice message that we could pick it up by 12 that night. Went to the store among other people and nobody was there. The second time Zack called was for the Diablo game and told us 7pm went into the store, actually I waited around after I got off work to get this freakin game and I was told by another employee that we couldn’t get the game that night. I was boiling at this point! To me it kinda seemed like a game dude had a Smirk on his face. Another guy was in there waiting for the same thing I was. And I also was told that I couldn’t get the game until 7pm the next day which it was released the next day! Which makes absolutely no sense! ? I guess you guys think it’s funny to waste peoples times. And not to mention the guy Zack lied about being a manager the first time I requested to speak to the manager of the store. I was told that by the employee this time around that he’s just a regular employee and not a manger! I will NEVER come back to this dump of a store! The one over East is wayyyy better and the staff is friendly and helpful! And I also was able to get my game from them that day! So jokes on y’all! I wish I could say how I truly feel about this store but I think I’ll keep it professional! ?

Went there and ask for a Xbox series s and got the Xbox one series s and went back the next morning after having only 9 hours total. They got an attitude that I wanted to return it and get the series s and then tried saying it smelled like cigarettes and i don’t smoke(no one in my house smokes) it sat in my car over night. And said they won’t take it as a return again and kinda tossed my stuff at me. It was Dylan and the store manager lady. Seemed like they’re sneaky. I won’t be going back to GameStop. Overall horrible customer service from manager and employee. I was even more accommodating than them by letting them deal with other customers before me.

Probably shouldn’t waste people’s time and gas telling them you were having a midnight release for Hogwarts Legacy just for no one to be at the store for pickup! I will be calling corporate about this. Complete waste of time and excitement to play the game! Really irritated!

Not going to knock the place. I don't buy my games at Wal Mart or Target because they only sell new/expensive games. Plus waiting for help at those stores is aggravating. Game Stop sells new & used, and have a good selection. The staff are friendly but wait times vary because it's always understaffed when I've gone. And I like having a game in hand, not waiting for the mail to come. And if you need to exchange, it's just a drive away. No getting a return #, mailing it & hoping I actually get a credit. I'll keep going there.

Horrendous service and the worst management. Don’t bother preordering they never arrive on time and you can’t voice out your concerns the manager is a disrespectful childish person, don’t waste your precious time and money.

Pricing for items in store aren't very good. Also while here it seemed store employees were disorganized and slow at getting people out of the store. Store wasn't even overly busy. Just seemed busy due to slow checkouts.
