Great!I was in and out and the customer service was great. The lady was very friendly and very helpful. All I need to do was a drop off but she wanted to make sure I got tracking to make sure it got where it was going.

Was suppose to have a next day package delivered that I needed for work. FedEx advised they tried to deliver it. Several people that were at my house for the entire day, plus a ring camera say that was a lie. Tried to call customer support, just got a run around and never received a call back as they stated.

I was in and out very quickly. I was just dropping off a pretty labeled package so it wasn't a difficult task. But they were very friendly through the process.I took my pup in with me in her back pack carrier (13 lbs). The lady working the counter gave her a couple of treats too.My dog is my child since I don't have human children. So I give any establishment a thumbs up for making my pup happy.

Was receiving a package from a far place and it was delayed because of snow, but then it finally hits my state in a shipping area only 20 minutes away in Lewisberry and took ALL DAY. Please do not use FedEx if you have an important delivery or it’s urgent, USPS would never do you this wrong even UPS wouldn’t. Boo you FedEx.

The staff seemed disinterested in helping me. I needed to find a proper FedEx location to help with sending an important document overseas. This place is just a drop off location, with little FedEx knowledge.

The front desk representative was really helpful with getting my packages sorted and sent off to the right places.Both were received on time and the cost was a bit high but understandable for the overnight service.

Shipping service is awful. I paid $60 for overnight service, the driver took it to the wrong address, left a tag, and now they want me to drive 1 1/2 Hr to pick it up when I know the driver is still in town. I saw him deliver it to the wrong address which is where I found the tag for attempted delivery. They don't care about customer service at all except to say we're sorry and we can't do anything about it even though it was their fault. Thanks alot, I guess they have too much business, I wish I could do something about that.
