“Phenomenal Family Practice. I’ve been going here since I was 7 years old and I’m now 26. Dr. Gloriso has been the best doctor I have ever had, who is which now retiring but my new doctor is just as good. Dr. Bates is just as kind, helpful, and professional as my previous one. The front desk staff are always understanding and helpful. Honestly everyone in general is just great with professionalism and friendliness. I truly felt listened to, helped, and understood with all of my issues or concerns. They help you get the medication you need promptly the day of it being prescribed. I can’t recommend a better place for your health. Don’t go to UrgentCare, just come here. I sprained my ankle and they literally made an appointment for me to come in within 2 hours. These guys are on top of things. 10/10 Absolutely recommend.”
“I see Dr. Keenan at Hayshire. I have never waited more than a few minutes. The front desk receptionists are kind and helpful. There's a kiosk for people to sign in to, but unless they're busy, they will offer assistance right when I walk in. The nursing staff are nice, understanding, and thorough. It sounds like this place used to be awful, but in my experience as a patient here for the last 3 years, I've received excellent treatment. Dr. Keenan is patient, thorough, and really listens to his patients. Patient access is an issue everywhere so if I schedule online, the appointments are a ways out. However, if I send a message to the office or call, I can usually get an appointment in the office or telehealth same day with a doctor in the practice or within a week with Dr. K. My husband sees Dr. Salter and we've both seen Dr. Farabaugh on occasion. All of them have been incredible. Thank you, Hayshire!”
