Just moved to PA and needed to find a primary care doctor. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Less than an hour and I had everything I needed. This was a perfect choice for me.

Terrible experience. I honestly came to this place just to get my basic prescriptions filled like ibuprofen at a high dose and anxiety meds. Realized I wanted to discuss weight loss surgery and for a referral sent. Went back 3 different occasions after my referral and the nurse practitioner talked to me every single visit like it was the first time she heard of me saying this. I even asked her wasn’t this in your last note ? She says no. So for the last 3 visits we discussed weight loss surgery and u didn’t write that down not ONE TIME ?! Asks me why I’m taking certain medications when I’ve told her ever since I started WHY I’m taking certain meds prescribed by other doctors. Then starts telling me how her other patients are having these issues as well and what specialist do I see so she can refer her other 2 patients because they having such a hard time and blah blah blah. Just so off topic. Not worried about me as a patient. Waste of time. I had surgery and called to set up An appt with them. Never called me back. It’s been 2 weeks. Can’t stand this place

Terri is always looking out for the best interest of her patients. She is very direct and honest (which some I’m sure won’t like) but I can always count on hearing the truth and not just what I want to hear. If you want the cold hard facts not sugar coated to make you feel better, I suggest Terri!

I made an appointment and sat in the room for an hour waiting for the nurse practitioner to evaluate me. The wait was horrible but she was very kind so I just said it is what it is people run behind but after giving a breathing treatment, antibiotics and steroids she ordered a chest x-ray to make sure the antibiotics are the right one. So here we are a week later and me calling twice a day everyday for my results for them to keep telling me that they don't have them. I explained to them that this is bad patient care and they did not seem to care. One of the times I called they even hung up in me.I will be filing a complaint and looking for another office.

Went to Terri Prowell the nurse practitioner in the office for some time now and she is one of the sweetest ladies in the office! When I saw Dr. Pizziketti I never really had a problem. But I later saw Terry, and that is when things went really downhill. She put me on meds that when taken abruptly off, made me delusional and gave me seizures. They abruptly stopped the meds anyway because there was some insurance discrepancy and there was a small balance on my bill that I couldn't pay at the time. They wouldn't fill my scripts without an appointment and refused me an appointment because of the balance on my account. They put my life at risk over $50. It was a disgrace.

Dr. Pizziketti is the ONLY reason why my family or anyone else that i know that still comes back to this place. He is the most genuine and caring dr i have ever met. The staff who work in billing/scheduling however, have THE WORST customer service i have ever had to deal with. They don't even have common decency to say hello or goodbye, and god forbid you have a question for them or need anything in a timely manner. The Nurse Practictioner that works with them also has the worst bedside manner i have ever seen, a family member of mine had a really horrible case of pneumonia that was undiagnosed for a month because the practitioner felt that antibiotics weren't
"necessary". She is rude, and has no common courtesy or decency for people who are actually sick. Dr P. stopped taking new patients within the last few months, so if your not already a part of this practice, i recommend finding a practice that actually cares about their patients
