Living by this Family dollar is depressing I thought after the renovation and new employees you guys would have some type of standard but here we are again 8:50pm on a Thursday night doors locked. What’s the point of having store hours when you just freestyle it. Sure the family dollars isn’t in the best of area but the store it self still seems to be ghetto. Just shut down the location it’s clear you can get it right.

Horrible. No managers ever in site for assistance. Items are never in stock or in the shelves. This store has got bad within the last 6mos. Even more why advertise store closure at 10pm yet store has paper signs of closure at 9pm.

“We close at 9pm” signs up. It’s 7 pm and all door are locked. As I’m typing this 5 other people have tried to get into your establishment. Can’t make money if you’re closed and no signs saying your closed are up

Have a paper sign on the door saying y’all close at 9 pm but doors are locked lights on. So many people keep coming and trying to get in. Losing a lot of business what a joke.

Apparently store is temporarily closed which is super inconvenient considering the dollar general on N Sherman is also closed on Sundays. Tired of unreliable stores. Do better. These stores have been terribly sad.

The place is a HUGE mess!! Very unorganized and aisles are hazardous. The works are rude and very judgmental. No respect. My sons and I were walking by and we were going to stop to get some items and as we approached it three employees were standing outside, saying out loud that they were closed, as we got closer, one of them started saying jokingly around lock the door don't let them come in, so we did not stop we did not go in and we did not say anything, but walked away as we will be taking our money elsewhere, and I do not recommend this place to anyone, because although some of the workers change and rotate, they're all the same.

I was actually the Assistant Manager here and as I read the comments please do not fault the new store manager she's definitely cleaning up the old store Managers mess... I actually miss u guys

It's a family dollar. The nice black lady with beautiful eyelashes was great, friendly, and helpful. I saw this place had a one star review, and I had to change that based on my positive experience.

Went there 2/7/22 around 1.30pm.. Store locked up and closed by health department notice due to rodent infestation!
