Communication was less than poor. Original scheduled delivery did not occur and I was not made aware. The truck was loaded for delivery and schedule confirmed even though the driver was scheduled off for the day. You’d think that a $500 shipping fee would buy a courtesy call or email at the very least. I took time off work and waited at the planned location (for truck driver benefit) for two hours with no contact. My email the next morning to reschedule went unanswered and the delivery showed up unannounced and unplanned. My advice to potential customers would be to go and get it yourself. This company has extremely poor customer service.

I can not get a call from Delivery agent, I have been trying for 3 Days. I keep getting a promise I will get a call and nothing happens. I call the next day and am told, "We're sorry, I will make sure you get a call, I promise." Again Nothing happens, and now we are coming to the end of the 3rd day and no phone Call. The Package has been 10 minutes from my house for almost 6 days and I won't have it again tomorrow. I have no idea who is running this company but it would be nice to find out why they fail to keep promises.

I'm an Owner Operator there to pick up a hot load. They were very quick to get me a door to back into, strip the trailer that the freight was on, and load the freight onto my trailer.I was in and out of there within 45 minutes!
