“After nearly 20 years with service from a competitor, I decided to make the jump over to t-mobile after hearing and reading some great things. I am pretty busy so I didn't arrive until about 45 mins from closing. After speaking with 2 super helpful associates, I was all in to move 8 lines of service. Kaemon was a total rock star! This guy worked diligently to get everything switched over and up and running. I had no idea it would take over 2 hours to get everything situated. Kaemon called on his co-worker Bradon (I think). These guys worked great together...what a team! I felt horrible for keeping them so late but they wouldn't let up until everything was 100% working and thoroughly explained to me. Kaemon gave me his schedule for the next few days to stop back to help me get the app setup and his personal number to call or text if I needed anything. If you want stellar service, and industry knowledge in today's wireless world this is THE place to go. Great job guys...you killed it!I may add - I was not prompted to leave a review at all, and rarely do so. I really wanted to extend my gratitude; 5 stars was well deserved and earned. I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could.”

“Store is fairly clean, layout makes sense & plenty of room to shop the racks. I like self checkout, but sometimes you have issues you need a person. Also feel like since that aren't at registers it would be helpful to have associates who are floaters around the store to help customers on the floor”

“I normally don't post reviews but this I had to. I went into the store because the lady on the phone was not very helpful. So I decided to to go into the store. The staff members in there was sooooooo helpful. They was very professional. The lady help me get my order fixed for me. She call the customer service line to explain to them what was going on. While she was working with me other lady had came into the store and lets just say she was rude cussing in the store while I had my son with me. The staff member went to go help her since she was on hold with customer service for me. We finally got it taking care of. while helping a the rude customer. I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE.”

“Dropped my old phone in some water so I needed to get a new one. I was warmly greeted and treated with respect. The store manager was training a new associate and showed that she was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling. The store was clean and warm with no odd smells. I am glad I chose to come here rather than Boost Mobile where they didn't want to make a sale. All of my questions here were answered, even the questions about other products in the store. I definitely recommend coming here.”
