While staff is friendly, my grandson did not have a positive experience while attending this center. Would not recommend it, overstimulating environment and sometimes it can get too hectic.

I loveeeeee this daycare! Never have I worked with more friendly staff and met a director more involved with the inner workings of their daycare than Michelle. Michelle is a very proactive director and is always working hard to make families feel welcomed and at home. She interacts with the kids and never stops pushing to make sure all the staff members have the needed materials to help our children thrive. She’s a very hard working person and all staff and kids look up to her. The staff at the daycare also seem to always try their best to find new and innovative ways to interact with the children.

East York kindercare is such an amazing daycare! My son loves it here & the center is very clean. The director Michelle is very welcoming and she is informative about her job she answered any questions I asked her. Teachers and staff are very welcoming and helpful too. They follow all the necessary steps to keep our children safe.This is my 2 years old first time getting from under mommy since he was born & his transition with new faces and more children has been excellent they make him feel comfortable & they keep my mind at ease while he’s there! - I highly recommend this center for your little one(s) & if there isn’t any space left; join the waitlist! You’ll be glad you did!

I absolutely love this center. My children love going here. Michelle the center director is amazing and so sweet!! Always helpful. The staff are so great too!!! I love how clean the classrooms are and the center is so warm and welcoming. I recommend this center all the time to my co workers

My son was there touring this facility for not even an hour and 3 days later came down with hand foot and mouth! Poor poor cleaning done at this place and sanitization. I would recommended sending your kid anywhere else but here!

They Close all the time actually happened 2 days just this week with same day notice for pretty much whatever they feel like we’ve been told staff training, staffing issues,the room teacher is sick, the newest excuse is “weather” and it’s not snowing it’s not supposed to snow it’s literally just a cold front and ITS WINTER! it’s Bulls***! you would think a childcare center would be reliable and stay open during work days but here at kindercare not so the only thing you can count on is $250 being withdrawn from bank every week!

We were looking for top notch daycare which is why we picked KinderCare! Unfortunately this was far from the truth. My son was in the toddler room and was a young two year old when he started. We received multiple calls from the center saying he was not behaving and that we needed to come pick him up. (He was 27 months old!) They were not trained to deal with a active two year old boy! Most days when we picked him up his face was full of dried snot and food that have never been wiped off his face. There was poor organization of clothes diapers shoes etc. He was bit multiple times to the point where it took weeks for the bite marks to go away. We also were called on two different occasions to come get him because he had diarrhea which he never had once he was home. they seem to be repeatedly short staffed and had very young workers Who seem to have a little experience with young children and how to handle them. We were truly disappointed in our experience at East York KinderCare and would not recommend it anyone!!!

My twins were in the infant room for less than 2 months before I took them out of this daycare. I couldn't get a hold or a returned call for some issues or questions I had, my twins had different diapers on that I didn't provide, HFMD was spread through the daycare and my twins got it. I watched as they let the child back in and two days later my twins had it, my twins contracted croup as well. They shut down the infant room for a week with little notice, i received a message on Friday at 2:30p that it was closing for the following week to retrain and hire for the infant room. That explains why my twins had no ointment applied on their raw/sore bottoms at times. I would not recommend taking your infant to this facility.

My son has been a student for over 2 years. I'm in awww with the many things kinder Care do with my son, everyday its something new. Also it's impossible not to smile when dropping my son off the staff gives good energy. from every angle I hear have a great day.

We had an excellent experience. Mallika the facility director is amazing. She tries her best to help and support parents. She is very proactive and on top of things and makes sure she knows whats going on in each classroom. Teachers are good too, miss kristi, judy(she used to work for kindercare) are outstanding.
