Me and my fiancé purchased a vehicle the air bags deployed for no reason while my kids were in the vehicle I went a few weeks trying to figure something out with them and get a new vehicle or my money back so I sent an email in regards to me speaking with the owner before I got a new vehicle from them, and Amy wrote us back saying take your business elsewhere and seek legal advice if we would like to and that the owner is not obligated to speak with us We did nothing wrong the air bags deployed while our 4 yr old and our 10 month old daughter were in the vehicle so now I’m out of$ 4000 and we did nothing wrong but they don’t care THIS PLACE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND AMY WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE

They charge you for your mileage if you go over 1250 MI in a month it's an extra $100 plus $0.20 every mile after, they just want money out of you everytime you turn around it was always something with them. Would not recommend buying a car here if you don't work locally.

They said that the oil change and other parts of the vehicle are included in the warranty but that's not true, You have to pay for EVERYTHING. They make it look beautiful at the beginning but trust me, think twice before taking a car from them cause they'll take your money by the dozens, i regret getting a car with them, if were to know this i wouldn't put a single penny.

My daughter's first time purchasing a car. They were very hands on, Helping with car insurance and very thorough with explaining things to us. Seem to really care about there customers and not just about the sale.

Bought a 2004 lexus starter went out on it 6 days after purchase. We were stranded for 2.5 hours then never called about the vehicle. I popped up on them. Amy was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Never said good morning, kiss my grits, NOTHING. Then tells me the fuse box may need to be replaced if this happens again..just fix it I got my money back 1 hr after that. I said 1 sentence. I don't get my money back, I'm calling my lawyer. Terrible customer service, terrible vehicles and no1 was at the lot and had to wait 30 minutes for someone that didn't do sales

Great place to get a dependable car. Lovely office ladies that are helpful and kind. I had a car for a few months before getting a brand new one, so I did return the vehicle. But, I'd absolutely do business with them, again. Highly recommend!

My granddaughter thought she was buying a car and now they are saying it was a lease and she owes $4,000 more. So if this was a lease the work they did on it should have been covered by them. I was with her and there was nothing mentioned about a lease. It was buying the car. I thought this was a reputable company but am not feeling this now. Plus her radio was removed when they were repairing it and told her she did it, they did not. So how can a car become a lease when lease was never mentioned only we were there to buy a car????

My husband bought a 2011 honda crv from here. It has only been 5 months and it needs a new motor. We were left stranded on the pa turnpike and tried contacting them for assistance. With it being a holiday noone was there to help us. Long story short. We had it towed to the service department...3 hour drive. They finally looked at it and confirmed it needed a new motor but they want to charge a 500 dollar deductible to REBUILD the motor....not put a new one! Tried working something out with the manager since we did not plan on the bill after owning the car for 5 months. The manager wouldn't budge on anything. Wouldn't work with us in any way possible. They claim to want to help people out...obviously that's a lie. Read their mission statement....its fake news. I would never do business here and I will most definitely make sure everyone I come in contact with never does business here.
