Worst Pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of going to. I honestly don’t know why I’ve stayed using them for so long. Counter guy looks like he hasn’t slept in 4 weeks and his attitude matches. Which let’s be real with the 3 employees the store actually has I’m not blaming him.
But the simple fact that they couldn’t find an order that was faxed twice and confirmed twice, that was for a dog.. I won’t be trusting them with any medication in the future, for animals or humans.

Insanely rude woman wouldn't give me my meds during operation hours. I hope she is reprimanded by management. So angry.

ZERO STARS! I've been a client here for 2 years and 5 months! That ends this year!!!! They have the worst customer service I've encounter anywhere in this country. You call the pharmacy to get an update on your meds because they don't update the app for days. Only to not get any info., no explanations, no apologies, and on top of all that after a hold they hang up on you!!!! Once the young girl (Quesqualdilis) sorry I misspelled for sure; who had the best customer service etiquette left, it's gone to the pooper

I've ended up in the hospital when insurance plays around with asthma medication brands and CVS will not work with my doctor to make sure I can breathe. Last month I didn't get my advair because it's on back order, so my doctor is working on getting it elsewhere for me. But there are other brands, so my doctor has urged me to find a different pharmacy that knows breathing is important and will do what needs to be done to ensure I continue doing so. She said it's common for a pharmacist to have to contact the doctor office and work on a solution, but they've never once contacted my doctor. I once went three months without asthma meds and ended up in the emergency room with an asthma attack thanks to thisToday, every single employee of the pharmacy called out, so I wasted $20 each way in an Uber to come home without meds. I'm on a fixed income and in heart failure, and that's a HUGE loss to me. In the end, it will cost me $80 just to get my meds, so I have to adjust my grocery list and skip a meal daily for the next two weeks to afford it. I'm also in the habit of skipping days of meds because this is far from the first time I can't get my meds when they're supposed to be there.If anyone reading this can suggest a good pharmacy, please let me know. I've given over a decade of chances to CVS and just no Oliver have the patience for it

One star is being generous.. ABSOLUTELY the most poorly run store I have ever encountered. Repeatedly call and text you your prescription is ready for pick up and upon arrival NOT FILLED. THEN they tell you they will expedite and it will be an hour. UNBELIEVABLE..CHOOSE ANY OTHER PHARMACY.

TERRIBLE. Call in a refill for a prescription in the am go in at 5 pm and get told it was never filled . They can express it if I can wait 20 minutes! NO! WHY WOULD I WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR A PRESCRIPTION THEY HAD ALL DAY TO FILL. AND THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME IT HAS.HAPPEND I AM GOING BACK TO GIANT FOR MY MEDICATION NOONE WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE .

Awful. I called in a pill two days ago and it’s still not ready. Now the lady told me I have to wait two hours for it. Ridiculous. CVS has gone downhill. I laughed at her over the phone. I’m so over it. They keep not having my pills when they say they will! Sometimes they don’t have the pill at all. One time I got a pill there and I took it and it wasn’t even the right script! Be aware they filled an OLD script of the same med that I didn’t pick up before because I didn’t need it. So keep that in mind. It’s not just this location either. Cape Horn road one sucks too.

I usually don’t have many issues here if I walk in. On the phone, that’s a different story. I’ve been coming to this place for a long time and I guess they hired a pharmacy tech/cashier who is unbelievably rude and lacking empathy ! I love most of the women who work in the pharmacy. But this guy has got to go !!!!!!

Pharmacy staff told my wife they were closed 3 hours before their listed closing time and well outside of their lunch hour. She sat in line waiting for other cars who were helped just before her. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them so I’ll be switching pharmacies.

The pharmacy staff are unbelievable rude! I was on hold for over an hour just to drive down to the location to find out when my meds would be ready that I had ordered 2 days ago to be greeted with sass and agitation. I understand everyone is short staffed but seriously?!?! I wouldn’t wish this on my worse enemy. I hope that CVS Corporate sees this and does a complete overhaul of this pharmacy top to bottom.

They pretty much don't need no improvement the CVS I got near my house is close convenient and respectful employees I've never had a problem with my medication s and other purchases.

If you just need something in the store, then this store location is a typical CVS. But if you need a service (like a prescription or vaccine) or to interact with any staff, avoid this location. The staff, especially pharmacy, are very rude and slow. Very disappointing.
