I'm so frustrated with CVS. Every time I make a transaction in-store, my ExtraCare Bucks never print at the register, whether I'm using self-checkout or going through a cashier. When this happens, the cashier tells me to call the 800 number to have them issue the ExtraCare Bucks, which is extremely inconvenient. The cashier even mentioned that other customers don’t seem to have this issue, and it’s only happening to me. To prove my point, I bought two Maybelline products totaling $20. The promotion clearly stated that purchasing $15 worth of Maybelline would earn a $5 ExtraCare Buck. I had the cashier complete the transaction, and she saw that the ExtraCare Buck didn’t print. When I called the 800 number, the representative suggested that maybe I was doing something wrong. I’ve been couponing for years, so I know what I’m doing. It’s incredibly frustrating that no one seems to be able to help resolve this.

I was in the store around 4 pm on 1/27 and although most of the staff were super helpful, there was one employee stocking the shelves by the pharmacy and was openly exposing her behind and after being told by a few other customers that her behind was exposed she told each of them there was nothing she could do about it and barely got herself fixed up. Her behind was completely on the floor which to me seems very unsanitary especially for a cvs

The lines for the pharmacy inside and drive thru are horrendous. Customer service lacks. This is actually worse than cvs in Target in West York. Thankfully I was only picking up for a friend. Do yourself favor and find another pharmacy.

Make sure you triple check your prices of any and all product you buy from this location. They are constantly putting things in the wrong spot with the wrong price so you go to check out and the items are not priced correctly. You ask for them to fix the price and they basically make you feel like it’s your fault that they put the item in the wrong spot or priced it incorrectly. This has happened multiple times!

The pharmacy is amazing at this location. With the amount of people that frequent to this pharmacy and others in the area, this place never disappoints me. They are super fast and super friendly. This is the only place you can get a prescription 7 minutes after a doctor prescribes it and 2 minutes before the pharmacy itself closes. Thank you to all the people in the pharmacy because they make sure my children get the medication they need when they need it.

Awful customer service. The pharmacists have zero regard for the patients. If you ask questions you are met with eye rolling and no answers. Good luck getting any help.

Love this CVS! Staff is always helpful and assistance is always available. Miana is an extraordinary member of the staff who has assisted on several shopping trips to find items and maximize my savings. Pharmacy staff are as ready to help shoppers as the front of the store crew.

I transferred medication in person from Walgreens to this CVS. I waited 24 hours and called to check in. The medication wasn’t transferred. I am losing hours at work due to the sickness I have and without being on medication I can not return to work. When I called to find out what was happening a pharmacy employee put me on hold and then HUNG UP on me after I heard her get back on the phone. I am so angry with how I was treated and am still without my prescription. Do not go to this pharmacy. Very rude and unprofessional people answering their phone calls.

Pharmacy gives a generic response of prescriptions will be ready in an hour only to come back an hour later to find it’s out of stock. Pharmacy should look to make sure something is in stock BEFORE telling patients to come back in an hour. And then don’t blame the patient for misunderstanding a text message that simply says your prescription is being ordered and is being processed, which actually somehow translates to your medication is out of stock. Just save your time and energy and go to the Minnichs on George st. They have never had an issue filling anything that was out of stock here.

**SEE UPDATE AT END**Lost my years of business at this pharmacy due to repeated rudeness, unprofessional behavior, and the seeming inability to manage what seems to be an extremely busy business - long lines and wait times. Upon my many visits here interacting with a lot of different employees (they have a lot, must be a busy location), I have consistently been met with frowns, and over talking, and testy responses laced with the feeling of being rushed and a little aggravated, and a several times flat out rude.Got a FLU shot in October of 2023 and as the tech was injecting me he stated "one COVID shot coming right up". It was embarrassing as I jerked back and made him prove to me he had the correct syringe in his hand (he did, he showed me the box). This is on the heels of several rude interactions at their pharmacy when trying to fill prescriptions very recently for my daughter's ear infections and pink eye. They said Amoxicillin is unavailable anywhere in the country, that my doctor should have known that (stated quite arrogantly I might add), and that we needed to fill another medicine.By an act of God Almighty, I walked across the street to Walgreens who must have had the last dose of Amoxicillin on the planet but more to my point I was met by a smiling pharmacy (and there was a line here too) and who professionally informed that Amoxicillin is not an issue to fulfill and that it was likely a case of a supplier issue for CVS. This was delivered professionally and he never dunked on his competitor at allAfter this experience, I asked Walgreens to have my prescriptions transferred to them from this CVS. They were told by this CVS that I had no prescriptions on file despite having had an auto fill Rx on file since May of this year.Yesterday received a text notification from CVS that my Rx was filled and ready for pickup! So I called today to coordinate the transfer and the person answering wanted to argue the technicalities of their telling this to Walgreens was correct due to being in between refills? After insisting I would still like my prescriptions transferred she said she could only do it if Walgreens called her! So I asked her to make a note so we didn't have another miscommunication and she hung up on me!I rarely if ever post reviews like this and understand their importance as a small business owner myself but I cannot let this go in my community. This location has put a damper on my day every single time I have visited it. I leave feeling worse than when I walked in!Wish I'd made this decision sooner and you should too. Don't waste your time at this pharmacy.----- UPDATE:Strangely, a few minutes after this review I received a text update that my medication is now out of stock at CVS and I would need to wait a couple days.... Strange timing. But doesn't matter, I'm a happy Walgreens customer at the time of this update.

This pharmacy goes through these extensive spells where the entire operation is complete trash. According to the many online entries from current and former Pharmacy employees and collaborated by other Pharmacy employees; the way CVS (corporate) runs their locations sounds more like a vicious private equity firm running a National pharmacy chain, that doesn’t care one micron about it’s employees, the quality of service they provide, or their customers’ health and well-being. I wrote this review in a matter to relieve the employees of this location’s pharmacy from any corporate backlash because ultimately, those weasels are why this Pharmacy chain is a complete disaster and they deserve the hate and frustration not the employees.

Extremely rude staff at drive through window. not willing to help solve a prescription mixup. told me three different reasons why I couldn’t pick up the prescription. There was no one else in line so i’m not sure why he was so rude and unwilling to do his job. Will not be returning to CVS.
