I went to this pharmacy to pick up an Epi prescription for my daughter. My experience was terrible from the start. The tech that initially greeted me was super rude but I expect that from someone in her position. Who really shocked me was the pharmacist, Ashley. I asked the tech for a consult from the pharmacist because this was my first time dealing with an Epi pen and I didn’t know how/when to administer it should my daughter need it. The pharmacist Ashley first asked me if the doctor who prescribed it told me how to use it. I said no. She then said there’s instructions in the box on how to use it. She also said there is a practice one in the box. I said alright, when do I use it? When her lips swell from an allergic reaction? When I notice something? She then asked AGAIN if the prescribing doctor told me when to use it. I again said no. She actually never even told me when I should administer it. She told me if I do I should go to the emergency room after I administer it. My sister is a pharmacist in California and I had to call her to give me a proper consult. Ashley, your main job as a pharmacist is to CONSULT your patients. Telling me there are instructions in the box doesn’t help me and is honestly shameful coming from someone in your position. Do better. Patients count on people like you. Needless to say, not using this pharmacy anymore.

Very rude employees and manager. I arrived at 1:27, the pharmacy closes at 1:30, I said but I have 3 minutes, I was laughed at by a short girl with piercings in her face and told they are going to lunch anyway. When I go up front and ask for a manager I was told by the lady at the register that she was the manager, and I just have to wait or leave. Very rude experiences every time I've ever been to this location.

Worst ever I got there at 1:15 one person in front of me they called a gentle man up who was sitting talked to him for a good but and then took the lady in front of me l, took there slowest time and then started to shut the gate then told me when it's my turn they are closed Ummmm no l!!! Not after I spent 15 mins waiting are you pulling that. they got smart saying then they don't get a lunch if they help anyone after 1:30 we'll it was 1:28 and if you did your job correctly you would still get a lunch. Iv worked in health care now for 5 years and the way you treated me is not ok. And you guys need to fix your problems and employers.

I had a horrible experience. Manager was rude when I politely asked her to hand me something she was stocking so I didnt get in the way and threw it down then said get it yourself. Then when I was in the checkout line. The same lady says “I can help whos next, pr not whatever”. Horrible customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.

Never have any of my stuff ready always have to wait they never have the drive - thru window open and pour customer service.

0 stars, Girl at the front counter with blonde hair, glasses, short, with acne and a mask on. Gave full attitude for no reason, needed help at check out for a buy one get one, that didn’t pop up. She came rudely right off the bat, there were signs everywhere for the deal. All I asked was ONE question.But she had a rude attitude responding and slamming her fingers on the screen like there was a problem. Walked away giving side eyes, not sure what her issue was but definitely uncalled for.

Sept 2022: Okay, I give. I will stop using your store. Entered an order today at 8:25 a.m. for three very generic prescriptions. Even prepaid online when you asked me to. Showed up at the store at 6:30 p.m. and they were not ready. You were understaffed. They filled them quickly but then your system did not show that they were already paid for. The store made it right and took care of me as best they could, but corporate needs to step up and do something. There was a sign hanging saying you're paying $15 an hour. That is far too low for the number of issues that are created by you being understaffed. So you win! Express Scripts has been trying to get me to fill through them for years. I'm going to give them a try. 2021: Drive thru closed due to staffing issues, all sick people have to go inside to pick up prescriptions, thus potentially infecting everyone inside. I guess it's good for business. Way to go CVS. Maybe close inside and make everyone go through the drive thru.

There are always issues trying to pick up prescriptions here. Never enough people and the lines are always long or it takes two days to fill a prescription with refills available.

Well they funky order my stuff it only to a week to place the order and one day for it to come in. That aber several phone calls on hold. Then had to personally go in. Then when the Oder came in say closed for lunch. It was 1:20. Not 1:30? Now another trip to this incompetent pharmacy

If you can help it do not use this CVS. The pharmacy is always under staffed or disorganized and the people are not even nice. This is not a symptom of COVID. It has always been this way. Huge trigger for my anxiety. Save yourself!
