Michelle and Jesse are the best! I have never seen two people work so efficiently. They make an excellent team. They have superb customer service skills. Cricket should be proud to have these two as representatives of this company. They deserve raises! I watched them handle other customers in the store and they have vast knowledge and positive attitudes to difficult customers! They are great!!

I need to give a shout out to Breanna (spelling?)at the East York Cricket store. We stopped in on Friday to replace my husband's phone since the screen shattered. There were two people ahead of us and Breanna was working alone. She did a phenomenal job of multitasking to get us all in and out quickly. She was helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was super impressed by her!

Michelle B. was amazing. She went out of her way to help my siblings and I. She helped all of us get all new phones. She also stayed late to help us set up our phones. I would definitely recommend. She is cheerful and strives to help all her customers. It was certainly the best expierence with phones we have had yet.
