I went there because the company that I worked for used their services . If I have to go on my own I would rather go to another place . They do not communicate clearly with the patients as to what guidelines they follow to expedited a medical card , or what are the necessary steps to follow to be in compliance . Each person that you talked to give a different reason as to why you do not get the MC, it looks that they don't follow a standard procedure which at the end causes loss of the job and money .

I had a foreign body in my ear, the staff were all amazing. I was really shocked when I saw that they accepted VA insurance, everything was really easy and I was seen pretty quickly. If you are military or a veteran traveling like myself I highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs. Even if you don't have VA, Tricare I would definitely go here over any other urgent care facility.I want to thank all the medical staff for a pleasant experience.

I went in for a work physical. I was told I would be in and out within 1.5 hours. Everybody was very friendly but I was put in a room right before the original 1.5 hours was up and told it would be another hour until someone could see me.
