Mrs wilt was very helpful. The process of setting up an account was easy and she explains everything you need to know. Walks you through the ATM depositing cash in the machine as well as transferring money between my accounts on the mobile app...oh and they get you a debit card on the spot. No waiting 12 to 55 business days for your card ?

Can't believe that Citizens charges a $9.99 monthly fee on it's checking accounts, if you don't make a monthly deposit, no matter how much your balance is in that account.

Was suppose to have a call from the manager after calling into the branch about them closing my newly opened account and never got a call back. Did an “online appointment” for the sake of having it in stone and again was never contacted.

Bank has been closed for remodeling. Never thought about their customers on how they’re going to get their money out or make deposits hard for businesses to work like this need to start looking for another Bank.

I can't believe I can't get cash at any location in York. Had plans for a short vacation Monday, but can't get any cash. What kind of a bank is this. I better think about changing banks fast.

I’ve been banking with citizens for years but there is no convenience anymore with banking here. They closed my closest branch and then “temporarily closed” the only other one in York. And you go to use the atm that’s attached to a bus in the parking lot and the touch screen doesn’t even work. I’ll be switching to PNC.

I cannot believe you would temporarily close the ONLY branch in York the weekend before Christmas!!! Your customers have no way to get money because your ATM doesn't work either. God forbid a customer has a problem with their debit card. There isn't anyone to help!!!

One star is honestly too much. Terrible mobile banking system, can never access my money when I need it. Constantly logging me out and not letting me use my account. Will be doing my business somewhere else

This is the worst bank!! Drove 45 miles away to get a new debit card after calling ahead. Couldn’t print because they wanted to verify with a number 8 years old. The banker said they will expedite a card for $12 on Wednesday it is now Friday and after calling customer service they are just now expediting a card on Friday. A complete waste of time. I definitely feel like they just said they were mailing it and DIDNT because I was black! I have to pay my rent and can’t withdraw money until I get a card smh

Cheapskate BankOpened an account on a promotion of 3 checking direct deposits & 3 $200 savings deposits over a 3 month period for $300 bonus in both accounts. Went over this in detail at my branch. Three months later all requirements have been fulfilled as my branch informed me but NO $300 bonus in my savings account. When I called for an explanation CS said the July deposit was 1 day early (6/30) so it didn't count for July and All deposits were internal transfers from checking. I said I wasn't informed of this detail and manager said it WAS IN THE FINE PRINT!! Where!!???Wow CHEAPSKATES don't want to pay up even though I did as I was told in the branch. Reviewer who said this was a Scam probably was referring to this promotion.

I do not like the fact after closing the west ends location and now have to drive all the way to east end. Which is a 45 minute commute with traffic. Then to top it off they are only open to 4pm. Going to have to switch banks. But I have always like how friendly and accommodating they have been.
