I had spent months trying to find replacement seats myself. I called Chuck's Auto Parts Solutions and Mike found EXACT replacements within 5 minutes! The price was nearly half of what I found online, and he had them shipped in within a week! It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Excellent people, prices, and service! Oh, and for salvaged parts, they look brand new! I am very grateful for the service they provided me!

Quoted prices that are in-line with new part prices. They had Listed on Facebook marketplace about a part out, and listed in the description what was available, and wouldn’t even sell me what was listed there. I can only have the certain parts that they pull off, and not the parts that were actually there and available on the vehicle.

I bought a used transmission last July for my vehicle and the transmission failed after eight months. I took the car to a repair shop that deals directly with Chucks and The supplier that they got the used transmission from did everything they could to try to get out of covering it under warranty.. A week after the transmission was installed I still did not get my vehicle back from the repair shop As no one from either Chucks or their supplier would return any communications in regards to the repairs on the vehicle. Going on eight weeks that I’ve been without my car. All I can say is no matter what they tell you as far as warranty with their parts, they will do whatever they can to get out of covering the parts under warranty.

Being a parts coordinator and depending on the ETAs of parts. I must say that Chuck's is one of the easiest vendors to deal with. Their customer service is grade-A and the driver "Chuck" is a co-worker more than a drop off artist. Guy goes above and beyond everytime. Keep up the quality!

Purchased a front clip form these folks in York, PA. Drove from southeast Ohio to pick it up. My salesman was Matt and he did a great job communicating with me and handling any issues that came up. He made it a totally pleasant transaction. The counter people and loading people were great as well. A very professional operation. Great people and great parts!
