My husband and I met with George List today in our home to receive and set-up his new ResMed 11. What a great benefit it was to have someone come directly to our home. George couldn't have been anymore helpful. His manner and personality was perfect, as he explained things slowly and answered any questions we had. After more than 30 minutes, he felt like a part of our family. Thanks George and DHS for making our experience seamless.

SAD ... Evidently DHS does not accept Humana TriCare (military retiree health care)? I have talked to them several times over the past 2 years and I have always provided TriCare as my primary insurance, then I receive a bill for $500 in June 2023 on supplies I received in November 2022. When I contacted DHS, they explained that they do not and did not accept TriCare.

This company uses deceptive practices. Bait and switch type. They will not be up front with the actual cost and you will not know until they bill you what it actually is. Lousy way to do business. Get yourselves in order.

I just got my CPAP machine, and I just wanted to give a shout out to George from the York DHS office. He was an all-star therapist that really took the time to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing with my machine and made me feel comfortable with it. The tutorial was clear, all my questions were answered so I could understand, and by the end I felt confident to use (and care for) it on my own. This is my first time with a CPAP machine, and I’m grateful that George made the experience so pleasant!
