overall an excellent experience. checked in at 3pm for a 6pm appointment. yard jockey came and told me what door at 5:30. finished at 7pm. pulled out and paperwork was in my clean trailer. easy check out with guard at exit. nice truckstop/diner nearby if needed, that still had parking at 8pm

Watch your load locks at this place they will try to keep them if they’re on the back of your truck. Had to call the police out there just to get them to give me my load locks back that they initially claimed they didn’t see, never took off truck.good thing I took a video prior to docking.

Amazing so far guard and jockey super courteous and professional. Good mornings and how are you from both. Guard put a tracker on roof with a seamless checkin and i headed to staging area. Jockey came in under 10 minutes and gave me a door.

Do not deliver here. They will reschedule you an hour after getting there and then wait to kick you off the property in the middle of the night when you cant find parking. Absolute scumbags... would give zero stars if possible. Security was friendly and understanding but c&s sucks.

Hello fellow Truckers,When you arrive at the Entrance of C&S you’ll check in at Gard Shake which they put a Tracker on the top of your Trailer.Gard team are very nice and professional they will check you in Regardless of your Appointment Time and they’ll tell you to go to staging Area in which Jockey’s will come and tell you, your door number at your appointment time.I came 4 hrs early and I waited till 3.45 they came and gave a door.When I ducked at the door I Disconnected My Tractor from Trailer and waited for another 3 hrs to get loaded.After got loaded you’ll move to exit entrance in which you’ll get your paperwork.Suggestion:1- Come half hour before your appointment.2-Make sure you have some food and Refreshments.3- stay happy and enjoy.Thanks

I entered 2 hours before my appointment time and backed in live staging area as the security man said. Just completed backing up and the yard jockey arrived next minute and gave me a door I backed in chocked the wheels and after 20 minutes I felt the unloading ,now waiting for it to complete.Don’t forget to chock wheeels but unhooking is not necessary I didn’t did it but they are unloading.

Overnight parking, easy docking, super nice and cool yard jockey. The only problem is the security guard who was working at the exit this morning. I'm not a doctor so I don't know what kind of issues are there, but this person is a big problem for customers and the business. So don't be surprised when she files the lawsuit against the company, or commits something horrible while on the job. I feel sorry for everyone working the same shift with this person.

Very slow place been here over 4 hrs waiting to get unloaded and it's a Sunday, hate to be here on a weekday. Not many trucks at all , so thinking it would be fast. Wrong. Avoid if you can. Mines was a 6 am appointment and still here 4 hrs later. Just got finished 4 hrs 15 min.

Very unprofessional! Will have you sitting forever to get loaded. I waited 7 hrs. Went to reciver and waited 9 hrs because they way they load pallets. Had several returns because they screwed up needed a new appt time just to return there stuff. And waited more hrs! Do not recommend booking this load!

I arrived 9pm for a midnight appointment . Was checked in right away and sent to staging. I waiting about 20 min a yard jockey came and gave me a door. I bumped docks, dropped trailer, and pulled in front. Took 1hr to unload full trailer. Jockey came back when I was ready to go.Make sure you chock wheels or they won't unload you. There is a sensor to see if wheel is chocked.No overnight parking local truck stops near by.They were very busy and practically all the docks were full. I am surprised how quick I got out. 1.5hrs in and out empty full trailer.

Driver has 6pm appointment and it's 9pm and still hasn't gotten a door. Yard jockey told him go to the truck we will let you know when we doneThey wasting our time with BS. Never again I'll send.

No option for negative stars. Very slow here. Apt 9am in a dock 11am still here at 3pm waiting for a green light. Someone must have trashed the bathroom you now have to use the outside parts john.

Don’t show up more than 2 hours earlier than your appointment. I showed up at 12 am they let me park in the corner before the check in area . I go back around 6:30am and didn’t get in a door until 10:00am. They took about a hour and a half to unload . The whole process isn’t set up right . After you check in they tell you go to a staging area and wait then a yard jockey tells you go to a door then when they’re done another yard jockey will come tell you they’re done. It’s no driver facilities .

I had a drop and hook. Trucks go past the first driveway there is another one around the curve. There’s a long driveway to get to the guard shack. Lots of tight corners swing wide. Guard was nice. Glad I had a map this place was like a rat maze lots of roads with dead ends. Had to walk across the road to get to the transportation office be sure to take your paperwork.it’s ok just kinda confusing.
