Fairly bog standard Burlington...once you've been in one, you've been in 'em all as they say. All pretty clean and spotless. Depends on the time of year really when you visit on what merchandise they have. Was there on a Tuesday afternoon so only one register in operation, I would hope it was better staffed on a weekend.

I was just there with my partner and this cashier girl with curly dark hair blonde hair said out loud for us to rush to the cash register when we barely entered the line, you guys need to train your employees on better customer service because it ain’t our fault they don’t wanna work there

Was going through the men’s cloths in the jacket section and there was a small bug crawling on it.. took a picture and google searched it and came back as a BEDBUG. Please be aware of this dirty place

TERRIBLE sloppy lazy customer service and ppl working there, they don't give a shit. I will never shop at this Burlington store ever again, and U SHOULDN'T EITHER! Trust this review section go to another store! Unprofessional. I had issues with items the cashier never gave me, left me walk out of the store and all the way to my car which was a min or 2 walk. Mind u the store had maybe 4 ppl in it while I was there it was at 11:30pm so they weren't busy lol? I was pissed. Who wants to drive all the back the next day when ur busy and work and had to get all the way home look at my stuff and realize the last 2 items I did not have. I had no idea obviously. They put my items back on the floor and the manager on the day I came back in for them said they were put back and there was nothing she could do it is what it is. I can't believe they wouldn't honor something that was their mistake. I live 40 mins from this location so I wasn't able to make a trip for 2 items and something that wasn't even my fault at that. Most places put ur name on the items and put them in a drawer or have a specific place for these kind of items? I worked customer service half my life, the manager could've honored my 2 items and I had my receipt as well but she didn't want to. She also knew they were there and put back on the floor, bc she said I remember them I'm pretty sure they were put back on the floor bc there not here. I just think it's wrong. I've been at places who have went OUT of their WAY to make something right when they were in the wrong, not this place. Beware!!!!

My daughter was happy to find a Juicy Couture cosmetic bag, but I couldn’t stay in the store due to claustrophobia. For those with PTSD or similar concerns, it’s best to wait outside while others shop. The store is jammed with merchandise—long rows of racks and very little open space, which can feel overwhelming even when it’s not crowded with people.

Went here for school shopping and paid for all my items went to leave and the alarm went off so I said to my adult daughter while in the doorway check and make sure all security tags are off everything before we leave and before I knew it loss prevention was taking the bag back in the store pulling all my items out and I noticed a rip in one if the items so I said while you have all my stuff out of the bag I want a refund for that item she said no you have to call umm no im standing in the store. Meanwhile the cashier who rang me out proceeds to say "interesting" about 6 times. So I said what is so interesting you rung me out? Worst service ever and so very humiliating.

This review is for the East york store only. Why on earth would you move into a store that is a quarter of the size of your old store by Walmart? It's a cluster*uck. It's ridiculous that you can not even get a cart through the store. I will go to West York store to shop. At least I can use a cart and find items I want and need.
