I had an urgent request for my wood stove glass door, Donna and her team went above and beyond to accommodate me. Talking with Betty was nice especially around the holidays. My family will be enjoying a nice fire once again. Thanks to Browns team/staff.

Brown's Glass worked through a snafu with a warranty glass replacement, and came through in a crunch, replacing glass in some windows just two days before our house went on the market. Shoutout to Tori for making that happen, and the guys who did the replacement were fast and experienced. Would highly recommend!

I am tired of companies giving the minimum effort. Brown’s Glass did this for us. They came out and did a terrific job of uninstalling our shower glass and reinstalling after our shower was re grouted. Unfortunately, the glass door stopped closing the entire way about a month or two ago. Given chronic conditions in our family, in conjunction with having two small children, we just got around to calling them. It has been approximately 14 to 15 months out. When we explained to them that our glass door, that they reinstalled after the grouting was finished, no longer closes, my wife was told that it was past one year and no longer their problem. Brown’s Glass is an incredibly great company to use if you only expect their labor to last one year. Good luck to anyone who uses them. Please do not reply with an apology to disguise everyone reading these reviews with “good customer service.”

Very worst. Trying to give a new order for our dinning table. But they are not interested to take a order too. Went friday to the office and met a person to give an order. They said they will call us monday waited two days. Again called today a lady pick up the call and said i have to waited. Waited in call for 15 mins but still no one picked.

I had Browns fix a broken basement window. I took that one in and dropped it off to be repaired. I was happy with the job they did and the price for that repair so I had them come out and give me an estimate to replace the glass in 2 broken windows in the main part of my house. They measured and ordered the appropriate glass inserts, when they came in, they came out and installed them. One was done to my satisfaction, but on the other one, the insert they installed was seated crooked within the frame of the window. I emailed and let them know I wasn't happy with that one. They sent someone out to take a look and it was decided that they would need to install a new insert in order to fix it properly. They ordered a new insert at no cost to me. The guy from Brown's just left from putting the new insert in and I am very happy with it now and I am also very happy with the way they handled the situation. I would recommend Brown's glass in York PA. They stand behind their work and their products to insure that you are happy with the outcome. Thank you to the staff at Brown's

Initially delivered chipped shower glass enclosure delaying the project by 3 weeks then the weather stripping in the glass failed after just 5 months. They refused to simply replace the 30” stripping ($2 their cost ) and made me pay for a 6’ strip and do it myself. “It’s in the fine print of the purchase agreement”. Pretty poor service and don’t stand behind their install or product at all and certainly not a place I’d likely deal with in the future. Customer service is striking it absent

Office staff friendly. Technicians equally so. Work exemplary. There are so many things out there that need fixing rather than replacing as the quality is not usually there anymore. Replacing glass, mirrors or whatever needed is the best restoration process anyone can do. Thank you, Brown's Glass.

My experience at Brown's was positive. I was able to order skylight glass (contractor has to install it) at a fraction of what other companies were going to charge. Brown's was very knowledgable and presented me with many options that fit my needs. Great company!
