Always a pleasure to shop at this Boscov's which is complemented by numerous other small shops and a fine food court. The range and selection of products at Boscov's is always excellent and competitively priced. As we've visited several Boscov stores recently, we see the company is investing in freshening up its stores. Way to go! Reinvesting in your stores, while delivering new deals - just don't forget your staff catering to clientele. Shout out to York employees who I saw going over and above to help elderly customers!!!!

Boscov's in York PA is a good place to find deals, and it is one of the few true department stores still in business. They have excellent sales on the merchandise. Their customer service, however, is hit or miss. They have abundant kiosks to ring up sales but a lot of them are without staff during peak shopping times. And the staff themselves can be unfriendly and/or clueless. I guess you have to take it or leave it.

I love Boscov's. They always have the basics. I needed a blazer for my daughter's graduation. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Wondering why u take the candy bar out and the neon lights out and make the store look newer. The whole reason going to boscovs is for the retro shopping. Not a fan of the “new” boscovs. Have a good day.

They have some great deals on men's long sleeve shirts that have the hybrid stretch & slim fit material. Unfortunately, the fudge counter is currently taken down, but will return per the information I got this weekend!

It is a great place to pick up clothing, jewelry, candy, travel luggage, furniture, kitchenware, toys, and some electronics. All in one place, with decent pricing. Make sure to look over the quality of the items you wish to purchase. Most of their inventory is of decent quality, but with affordable pricing, comes a few not so worthwhile pieces. It is always well lit and the people who work there are some of the most friendly employees I've had the pleasure of shopping with.

Boscov's has greatly improved since I shopped here last. They have quality merchandise and best prices. Only thing I would like to see is for them to make their app for android's easier to find. I spent an hour searching for the android app on Google play and still did not find it. I think they are losing business by not having an app on Google play.

Shopping at this Boscov’s on a Sunday night was an introvert’s dream!!! No crowds and quiet streamlined shopping! This location has a very large and impressive selection of items and size options in stock- much more than the boscov’s closer to where I live (I’ll actually drive out of my way to come to this one sometimes) but I also must say…Maybe It was a bad day,But in my experience if you expect to get any friendly and willing help from cashiers, sales associates, or people at the curtesy desk, have low expectations. I interacted with all these individuals on my last shopping trip to this store, and was rather underwhelmed with their customer service and lack of assistance.
