I went to boost this morning, the lady couldn't figure out how to get me the phone upgrade I was eligible for, she called her manager, told me he was on his way in...I ran across the road to rutters to get food while I waited, I came back to boost, I went in and asked the lady if he's on his way, she said he would be a half hour... the lady offered to call me when he got there and I would come back for the phone.... an hour and a half later, I called in, the manager picked up the phone, said he just got in and will look into my situation and call me back in a few minutes... that was at 1pm and it's almost 8pm and still no phone call back...

Very rude staff becarefull when u bring your own phone in and they tell you that that phone won't work with there sim card they are just telling customers that so u will buy new phone only reason I know that is because I worked there and this is what they tell us to tell customers so can sell phone because we get commission

I will never be visiting this store again and after 5 years with boost I am considering switching because of my experience here. I went into the store with my two 4 year old daughters to see if I was eligible for an upgrade. The store reaked of marijuana so bad I wanted to gag. The two sales associates that were there I'm fairly sure were just stoned and didnt want to be bothered. I asked if i was eligible for an upgrade the one associate said yes. I asked how much will it cost me. She said 180$!!!! Now, I literally just got a text from boost offering me a galaxy a23 for 40$! Yet, they didn't have anything below 180$? No, truth is they were just stoned and didnt want to be bothered with actually doing there job.
