Bad Customer service has taken a toll on W Market St York, Pa (Boost Mobile) store. They are rude and tried to charge us $300 for a $150 phone online .

Workers don’t do nothing and lay on the seats and whenever I asked for help they just told me to call customer support and then they proceed to just pass me the phone and do nothing AND they be in their phones while you talking to them mad disrespectful.

The people that works in this store is rude and disrespectful. I called to ask a question and they very rude and didnt answer my questions. I am looking for a new cell phone carrier now because of these rude ladies. Boost mobile you will no longer get my money anymore.
