Very uncooperative dock worker , Tonya, would not load a skid of cat litter on my trailer as the previous store manager did the previous purchase.Now,over a $600 loss for BJ'S because of a poor aditude substandard employee.Shame.

Most of them sounds mean and unfriendly to customers. It used to be okay. A lot of them frowns at you. I hope they can work on how they treat buyers.
