Terrible customer service. I purchased a new Samsung tablet and asked about options for screen protectors. I was told they don't carry any and to go to Amazon instead before I was able to point to the sales person that there was one on the shelf. Then when I went to have the geek squad install it, they had me wait for an hour. They had done it within minutes but left it sitting in the back room and never checked with me. I will not return. I will do what their manager said and use Amazon instead.

Good place overall! The store is big and very clean. It's organized and very comparable to other Best Buy locations. Great place and solid location.

Good store, good peopleButDO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY THEIR 15 day policy is trash…Purchased a PC for my son for Christmas 4 weeks later it’s not working .I have tried to call corporate but everyone I have talked to said there is no number or email for corporate… The customer service people I have talked to on the phone was hard to understand and they said there is nothing they can do.

This Best Buy took great care of me. They went above and beyond to fix a problem with a Samsung galaxy pro laptop that wasn't covered by any warranty. I'm very thankful for them and all they did to help me. The staff is also very knowledgeable and always has great insight on all things tech.

Place is a rip off, took my boyfriend truck down to get system re done from a place we went to the 1st time. He bought all new wires new head unit. We had everything else. Had to back 3 times for them to fix it right what a nightmare

Best Buy has some the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and that's saying something. And I'm a Rewards Member! I can't imagine how they treat people who aren't. On top of that, their Insignia products are absolutely terrible.We bought a garbage disposal with installation. Turns out it was easier, cheaper, and more convenient to have our contractor install it, so we canceled the installation. That was right before Thanksgiving. By mid-December, we still hadn't gotten our refund. When I contacted Best Buy, they had no record of the cancelation, so we tried again. When I didn't have it by Christmas, I went into the store and waited for close to an hour for a manager to tell me, to my face, that it should be processed right after New Year and that he could see it was already initiated. To cut to the chase, it's now the end of January and we STILL have not received our refund. I contacted the credit card company (Citi, a Best Buy partner, equally useless), and they said Best Buy has not responded to their requests for a refund. I have called them a total of four times, done online chat twice, and went into the York store, and nobody can manage to handle the situation. This is using a Best Buy credit card for the purchase, I might add.Calling them was an even bigger joke. As another reviewer said, you can't get anyone at the local store; you are rerouted to a call center that is obviously not in the country. They kept transferring me to different departments, each of which said they could not issue refunds. The entire experience has been infuriating.We've purchased a refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher from them, all their signature brand, Insignia. Literally all three have had to be replaced at least once each. Total garbage products, and our dishwasher installation was awful. The guys who installed it did so improperly and lied, saying they tested everything and it was fine. When they sent someone back out, they discovered we were right and the unit has to be replaced.From now on, we'll go to local retailers. Best Buy literally cannot do anything right.

Horrible installation process. It’s been three hours waiting and still they cannot figure out how to install a remote start. It’s not working and I just knew I should have went elsewhere. Do not go to Best Buy York on Concord rd. The younger guy is lazy and he knows nothing. The other guy talks to much and that is why he cannot do his job. Now I am stuck with a car remote that I purchase from Best Buy and they have installers that don’t know what they are doing. Sad and very disappointed. Wasted my time. But also they have you wait over two hours and have no where for you to sit while you wait. This place is horrible.
