My Mother accidentally paid the full amount on a card threw them and they said it would take 10 days to return the money that is over $1400. Now they are telling her it could take 30 days. And we have a family emergency and the money still isn't there. Thanks Best Buy for messing with my family

I scheduled an appointment online to replace the battery in my iPhone. In the week leading up to the appointment, I received three emails, one of which detailed all the steps I needed to take to prepare my phone for the installation.
After my one-hour drive (one way), I checked in and was told that the battery for my phone was not in stock; however, it could be ordered, and I could schedule another appointment.
In keeping with this asinine way of doing business, is the heading on their last email to me stating, "We're all set. Are you?
It is my intent to never conduct business with Best Buy again.

Bought an HP Victus from them the other year. It randomly started having issues so I brought it into Geek Squad to be checked out. How silly of me to think Best Buy would care about their customers who don't pay for the Geek Squad warranty stuff. They shipped it out to their HP tech who then proceeded to LIE and say that there was "liquid damage" to get out of fixing my laptop under the HP warranty. Except there was no "liquid damage"! I take very good care of my stuff and nothing had ever been spilled on that laptop, at all. Best Buy did nothing but agree with their HP tech(even though I requested for them to take photos as proof, they did not) and I was forced to pay almost what the laptop itself is worth brand new for a new motherboard. Then, the person who 'fixed' my laptop didn't even connect the monitor wires back up to everything right and that sometimes causes screen issues. I have friends who worked as professional computer techs and will be taking my computer to them and paying them for now on. Best Buy got well over what the computer is worth out of us. Will not buy another computer from them, let alone an HP.

I had time to visit to review new tech. I sat in the high end TV and Stereo room. While several staff walked by, no one said hello or acknowledged my presence. Worst experience I've ever had at Best Buy.
