Took my iPhone 7 in for new battery. Had it done within half hour only 55 if you book online. What a deal. The man that did it was professional you could tell he knew what he was doing. Phone like brand new again

gave me the wrong sized batttery, and when went to return it, the guy with the slicked back hair would not retunr my core fee. kept arguing with me about a core for a core, and i had to give my old battery for the core fee back even though i returned the new battery which did not fit. i ordered a new battery online for pickup which charged me another core fee, and he said i would need to give a battery for that one too. how do i return two old batteries, when i only have one, after arguing for 30 minutes, his coworker agreed with me that if i return the new battery, i should gewt the core fee back too, the new battery counts as a core.

The customer service was unbelievable!!! Even at 20 minutes to closing the guys that were manning the store were top notch. Didn't rush and helped us with our batteries purchase. It's hard to find primo customer service anymore but this place has it. Thanks again guys yall are awesomeness x100

We called and asked if they would recycle fluorescent tube light bulbs. They said yes! It would cost us $1.00 a piece. We showed up with money in hand happy to be recycling and doing the right thing for our environment and then some guy came out of the back and said we don’t take recycling of lightbulbs. They need to all get on the same page.Not lying to their community and wasting our time and gas money.

Both of my experiences with this place have been absolutely horrible. Both items I’m referring to were substantial in price and they did not stand behind either one of them. I wouldn’t recommend you buy a single thing from this place. Very rare do I leave a business with my blood boiling but this place somehow has made it happen twice in a row.

Batteries Plus sells quality products and the employees at this location have always been very helpful. I’ve been going to this place for years and everyone I’ve referred has also had positive experience.My car battery couldn’t handle the recent cold weather and I needed to replace right away. Replacing the battery in this car is a pain in the neck. They had a replacement battery in stock and installed for me on the spot in the cold and blowing snow.I called ahead to see if they had the battery in stock. Service is top notch all around.

Batteries, yes. But they do & carry other things too. They can assist with your PC and they have replaced & programmed new key fobs for my vehicles a couple of times now. Forget the dealership, go here & they will take great care of you!!!

Cracked the screen on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and went in to see about having it replaced. Take note, from my experience, they use aftermarket screens and they charged me over $600 to have it replaced (currently listed at $625 on their website). I thought it was rather high but I was in a jam and needed my phone to get to work (my job has me gone all week and it happened on a Sunday). Putting the cost aside, what irked me the most is that I later found out the auto-brightness doesn’t work on my iPhone with an aftermarket screen (evidently Apple wants you to use OEM screens and I later found out there’s a ton of info on this topic with a simple Google search). Anyhow, do you think anyone from their location would have told me as much before shelling out all that money to have it replaced? No, not a word. Also, I later found out that Apple only charges $379 (current price) to replace the screen on my iPhone 14 Pro Max at an Apple Store (with an OEM screen). Shame on you Batteries Plus for taking advantage of people with your ridiculous pricing and for not being upfront with the fact the auto-brightness would be disabled after the screen replacement.In light of everything I went through, I cannot recommend this business and as a result, I will never return to any Batteries Plus locations for anything else, ever again. In the end, I ended just buying another iPhone from Verizon because I literally got super tired of constantly having to manually change the brightness on my iPhone while changing between different lighting environments. Super annoying. Again, nobody from Batteries Plus bothered to share this minor detail with me before shelling out all that money.

I went in for a motorcycle battery. Was going to get a lithium battery. Battery on hand had been opened, was missing spacers and hardware. Also attempted to add a core charge that was not listed online.(Not listed online for the lithium batteries, however is listed for the lead acid). Salesperson was argumentative and rude. Went to Camp Hill location. Had a pleasant and quick experience without the problems here.
