The girl that was barely wearing clothes behind the counter this evening is possibly the most disrespectful and best example of what you shouldn't hire. Online order wasn't even started and substitutions weren't figured out until after we got there......the girl with her bra out needs some training and structure.

Stopped in for my favorite drink....a mocha cappuccino blast. I have been to at least two dozen Baskin-Robbins Dunkin Donuts in A LOT of states and it is amazing how different these drinks are made. Scarlett made my drink PERFECTLY! My third in as many days and 2 out of 3 made it right. At the 3rd one in WV, the employee told me it doesn't come with chocolate swirl and drizzle, just cinnamon. That's okay cause the other one across town makes it right. Husband enjoyed his donut too! Thank you staff ?

I only come to this store because it’s literally 3 mins away from my house but they are always snappy and rude. The always say they don’t have something and then it’s clearly because they don’t want to check. Today I ended up just going to the one on Queen st which is a 10 min drive but so worth it. Not only did they actually have the new items but they were so patient and nice. I will definitely be making the drive from now on. So sad how this place has really went downhill.

I ordered uber eats and you guys had the nerve to send me one scoop of vanilla ice cream and charge me $47 with Uber tip and fees. You didn’t have the nerve to call or cancel or even check to see if I wanted to continue my order? Do you actually think this is acceptable business. Then when I call to speak to a person 5 times your number is out of service. $50 for a scoop of vanilla ice cream! You have jokes!! I hope you use that money to pay your phone bill.

I don't know why this store is even here. They have nothing that you see on the menu and instead of letting me know they get snippy when I call to ask about the cancelled order. Poor customer service and I will never attempt to order from them again.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Excellent customer service. Was disappointed didn't have the flavor i wanted, (Jamoca) which i thought would be a standard... and the scoops could have been a little bigger... but overall positive visit.

Called around 9:45am because it was the only store listed as open that early. I called to verify they were open. I was told yes, I asked if they sold birthday cakes, again I was told yes. When I inquired about the price range I was told "im too busy to check" I said excuse me, she said "im too busy right now to check the prices". Wow, I said well you just lost my business and she hung up on me. I called back to ask for the manager. She stated, I am the manager. I hope the franchise owner knows his/her manager needs some training in customer service. I called corporate. In times like these, you need to value your customers and count your blessings.
