Very poor . I spent almost 50$ on a touch up can of paint . They used the factory paint code, hand me a can of paint , I prep and spray, it's supposed to be a metallic silver , well not even close it comes out as a charcoal/ black . I take it and the car back in to see the people at baps , there response is to bad you sprayed it , well how are you supposed to know if it's not the right color if you don't spray it , they did something wrong on the mix and it's my problem,
Very poor experience with these people , recommending go somewhere else.

Have heard of BAPS for years and from owning a local race track. I work in wood and needed a mixing cup with a 30% reduction scale. Staff had a mixing cup and showed me how to use it. Great customer service at point of sale.MSLTOYSSteffieLynnOwner

I went in for a spray can of color-matched paint for my Subaru. The ladies at the counter were polite and knowledgeable. The paint matched pretty well to the 20 year-old original.
