Unfortunate there was littleTo no snow when we arrived and they weren’t making anymore.was a muddy mess and Sad to say we left after 45mins and paid for 2 hour pass due to not even making it down the hill fully and having to walk more then half way down where we were suppose to be giving. I reached out to management and no reply.

We had a blast. It is a lot of fun but you will wait. Think about 4 or 5 tubing trips down the hill for a two hour session. Staff is friendly and helpful. Well run and organized. Family can’t wait to go again!

the snow tubing experience was not a pleasant experience, the slope and the area is very filthy, one of the staff that helping us was very not friendly. he was very friendly to the white customers but to us he didn't showed any friendliness. The slope is not long and slope enough you kept getting stuck in the middle. This is not worth the money and the experience we will never set foot here again. not even worth 1 star.

What a disappointing experience! It just a small and short slope with only 4 lanes and it will stop right in the middle. I went to Wisp resort before and the slopes there’re way better and faster , more things to do, better atmosphere and services! Not worth 2 and a half hours drive!

Planned a girl scout trip here. The group sales staff were very helpful, honest, flexible and made the process smooth. We went on a very warm day and the conditions of the runs were exactly as they predicted. The staff at the top of the tubing hill were so nice and friendly to us and all the girls. No lines at all probably due to the warm weather so we got lots of runs in!

Very disappointed. I paid $250 for all day snow tubing and ice-skating. When we got there we were told it was going to be four hours before we were able to ice skate due to a children’s ice hockey games going on. It was not communicated on their website nor were we told about it over the phone during the multiple calls I had with them. We ended up only being able to ice skate for one hour on a VERY tiny ice rink, which was loaded with people due to the game and the 100+ school of children that came that day. We were like a bunch of sardines crammed on this tiny rink. We waited in line for 25 minutes in order to be able to go down the tubing hill once and were constantly pushed and shoved by children and their parents alike due to the lack of employees properly doing their job to keep order. Next time we will go to an actual snow resort instead of wasting our time and money. I highly recommend NOT coming here.

Excellent experience, very attentive and accessible staff. The time we selected 2 PM was a good decision.

Poorly organized and the tubes weren't ready. They were covered in tarps and snow. The lift for the tubers malfunctioned the entire time. Poorly organized.

Such great potential.. but the experience was ruined by the rudest staff and lack of organization. Our group spent over $300 to spend most of our 2 hour pass waiting in a line (even if you wanted to walk up the hill). There didn’t seem to be a cap on the number of tickets sold per time slot so the place was overbooked. The staff claimed that they were short on snow tubes and the top of the hill was too busy so they could only let 10 people go at a time, forcing people to spend their pass in line just waiting. Was a miserable experience that should have been so much fun.

Overpriced, understaffed, and underwhelming. Paid $40 per person for two hours access, half of that time is spent waiting in line. The tube pulley stops frequently and the small amount of staff are clueless about managing large groups of people.

Sadly this place is extremely unorganized and the teenagers they have working don’t seem to care. You pay to take the lift up the hill, but they allow people to walk which continues leaving no tubes available for people riding the lift. Then you get to the top and it’s a cluster of people waiting to continue and just extremely backed up. Lucky if you get 3-4 rides down in your 2-hour window. So much potential but I’d rather go to a ski resort next time. This place is a joke.

Very surprised about how good the hills were to be honest! The lift was a great option if you didn't want to walk to the top. They should have some warm beverage and snack stand open and they would absolutely kill it on cold nights like last night!

Had a great time with the family here. The kids had a blast flying down the large hill. We enjoyed the warmth of the fire in between a few runs as they have fire pits there with real wood to burn. The kids also had some HOT hot chocolate that in their words was some of the best they have had. Will definitely come back again

Tube lift had about a 35 minute wait and kept having to stop because they were not hooked correctly and people came off. Bought a s’mores kit in advanced but all 3 fire pits were out. Kids working were nice but were sitting in tubes not helping the poor girl at the bottom line. Lanes were not great as people were flying into other lanes almost hitting people, me included. Beyond overpriced…$100 for 2 hours which gets you down the hill maybe 4 times because of the wait, 2 hot cocoas and a s’mores kit (ends up getting refunded) is outrageous. Everyone was nice that we encountered but couldn’t not make up for the downfalls. I’ve began pointing people to ski round top.
