We just went to this store to order new phones and Chandler helped us. He was very professional and extremely friendly. He answered all of our questions and made the process so easy. Thank you Chandler! :)

Very unprofessional guys in here. I would not go back if you paid me, this has to be the reason their traffic is super slow. Those two guys I dealt with were rude and tried selling me into a extra line. It’s like they were playing good cop bad cop as they kept talking over each other. I did not need the line!! Freaking awful. This spot always has new managers and employeees and honestly sucks by far out of all the other locations! Also it’s very unprofessional to vape while customers are in the store!

I will always conduct my business at the 3013 E Market St Suite 300 York, PA 17402 store. The 2 gentlemen that helped my family start new service was friendly knowledgeable and very professional.

AT&T is the best company compared to others. I been a costumer before with T-mobile and Verizon. Here is what I like AT&T, they respect their customers and quickly answer questions. They understand their customers need and provide quality service. Above all, I have wonderful experiences with this company!!! Keep AT&T what you are doing….

I've been with ATT for 10 years, for some reason I automatically upgraded my plans without my permission and overcharged 2 phones for $220 a month with a paid off iPhone 7. I came in ask for account number so I can port my device to Verizon. The guy gave me the account number which is my phone number!!! They really don't know what they doing at the store, oh well I just lost a loyal customer.

Ultimately I think AT&T is one big scam, with the outrageous fees they charge on "free" trade-ins and the whole credits system. We've heard so many horror stories about how people were charged full price plus interest on "free" phones, upcharged, etc. The stars are for the employee who helped us, I think his name was Mason but he was a young man with red hair. He seemed to understand that AT&T is known for ripping people off and helped us through it. He made sure we were taken care of even though it took a few hours. He even wrote us a little script on a sticky note of what to say to AT&T customer service if they tried to overcharge us. He also provided us with a paper copy of our trade-in details to use as a receipt just in case. Overall he made our experience much better. The stars are for him because we could tell he was working hard and doing his best with a corporation that makes honesty difficult. Thank you Mason!
