Soooo I don’t usually leave a bad review but this salesman at the York galleria mall was just terrible. I can’t remember his name but he use to work for Apple and seemed to be proud of it. We were told the activation fees would be waived due to an AARP discount. They were not. In fact, the discount was never applied. We specifically said, no insurance whatsoever. He added insurance on the lines. At first we were told we could do a transfer of billing responsibility in the store. When we got there he flipped script and said he couldn’t. This salesman knew we were adding 2 new lines, so he lied to get us there. Not cool. He added insurance for his financial gain. Not cool. Didn’t care enough to make sure his customers discounts were applied. Not cool. AT&T, do better and send this guy back to Apple.

Jennifer was amazing and went out of her way to help me with my phone, she is definitely an asset to AT&T store. Jennifer also has a awesome way to make you feel welcome and just not a bother.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness, friendliness and expertise of everyone in this store. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a genuinely friendly representative — Ryan Sauble who immediately made me feel right at home and a member of the family. Ryan was knowledgeable and showed me various phones and explained the attributes of each. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase something I didn’t need. Actually Ryan made an extra effort to make sure I could take advantage of every extra perk that I could. Hats off to Ryan.and all the store reps. It is quite evident that they have.a genuine interest and concern for their customers.

Upgraded my iPhone The store was busy and they were short staffed. But Brittany K was the absolute best. She took her time, explained everything. She never once tried to push anything on us that we didn’t want.

The store didn't have very many customers but our salesman was quick to respond to our needs. He handled closing out our old wireless carrier professionally even though the old carrier was a bit difficult. Our salesperson gets kudos from me and I really like my new iphone.

I had my screen protector installed yesterday 11/17/2022. It's arleady bubbling up. I had to buy one because the first one did the same thing and the process to have a replacement is just too complicated and so it's just easier to buy another one. The stores don't warranty it. They just tell you to call the vendor. I think they should deal with the Vendor and just keep the customer out of it.

I got a new phone and was turning in my old phone. They helped me every step of the way in what I had to do to make sure I had all my information before turning over my old phone to them. I went from an S9+ to an S22. I'm still finding new things out everyday about it. Cool phone and great camera.

Store is unsafe with a locked emergency exit. Brought it to the attention of the staff who did not care how dangerous this was. Very sad for a company who markets products to firefighters to put patrons in danger.

Good to me! We've been coming to this store for decades now, through several name changes. The current staff is the best yet. Zack was the greatest help in getting things set up for us and assisting with All Phases of upgrading our equipment .
